The property was lovely! It was very spacious and suited our family perfectly!!We especially enjoyed the back patio in the early morning and the late afternoon. It was well kept and shady. The golf cart was such a plus for the property, as well as beach chairs that were furnished. The only suggestion might be putting WD40 on the squeaky doors for sleeping grand babies. Otherwise, a FANTASTIC WEEK had by all!!

Book this condo if you’re thinking about it

This condo is very spacious for my family. It was very clean and included everything we needed. It was actually home away from home. This was our second year booking and we definitely will be booking again next year.

Starfish Chateau

The house was super clean and so comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone. I wish the pool was larger and centrally located. Although the house is not on the beach the golf cart was a definite plus for hauling people and beach stuff. Easy check in and check out procedures. I would recommend the Starfish especially if you’re not a pool person.

A fun thanksgiving with family

The condo is in a great location and the golf cart was a great addition! The cons was the dryer upstairs did not dry the clothes, there was not enough comfortable seating in the living area for the 12 ppl it sleeps and not enough kitchen utensils/essentials for that amount of ppl either. The condo was clean upon arrival, we did have a good time despite the cons.

Hi Stacy- Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are pleased to learn that your family enjoyed their stay. We are sorry that the amount of furniture was desirable for your guests, but we do show the quantity of furniture in the online photos. After running several tests, we could not find any issues with the dryer, but sometimes it is difficult to get a large bundle of wet towels to dry quickly. Nevertheless, we thank you for providing us with feedback as we are working to make improvements to provide an exceptional experience to our guests. We have addressed your concerns with our teams and do hope for the opportunity to welcome you back again for an improved experience.

It was a very good location and me enjoyed stay The only problem existed was the third floor air conditioning units. They did not work properly. We did receive a refund for the entire stay for every night which made it palpable to accept.

Hi Brandon- Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the pool and beach access did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide as much information about the property as possible in our listing before booking so you can make an educated decision on whether it suits your party's needs. We understand that the pool might feel small during peak times and that the walk to the public beach access can be inconvenient, especially if traveling with children. To help with this, the property comes with a golf cart for easier transportation. We hope you consider staying with us again in the future. We also offer properties with private pools and private beach access for a more exclusive experience.

Check was at 4 but the place wasn’t cleaned and they charge a cleaning fee for what??! We cleaned up once we arrived it was literally dirt all over the floor! Other than that we had a good stay everyone had ample enough space and they were comfortable!

Florida stay

Good property for our three generation family to stay in. However a house designed for 10 (read cooking for 10) should have more than 2 dish towels and one oven pad. Extra blankets should be provided. Bath towels were sub standard for a quality property. Days Inn towels are much better. The house was advertised with a heated pool. The pool was a community pool and it was locked up. No access.

Thank you for your review and feedback! We’re happy to hear that the property was a good fit for your multi-generational family. We apologize for the issues you encountered regarding towels, dish towels, and extra blankets. Your comments are helpful, and we will take them into consideration to ensure future guests have everything they need for a more comfortable stay. We also appreciate your clarification about the bath towels, and we will review the quality of the linens to ensure they meet expectations for a high-quality property. As for the pool, we want to note that it is a community pool, and unfortunately, we do not have control over its accessibility. We truly appreciate your suggestions and are grateful for your feedback. We hope to host you again in the future.

Excellent, Clean property!!

Just finished our stay here for the week. Everything was wonderful! The property was very clean and had pretty much everything you could need. The golf cart was very useful for a quick zip to the beach. Near lots of great eating places. We had such a great stay with PLENTY of room for our whole extended family. Easily slept our party of 10. Thanks for everything! The ONLY thing I wish was different was having more seating in the main living area other than at the dining table area. Not enough room to have everyone sit around and chat...but you can use the dining chairs which is what we ended up doing.

End of summer trip

House is lovely. We enjoyed the beautiful decorating & fine finishes. Be warned: if you don’t like stairs, do not rent this house! We loved that we were allowed to bring our pups along. We really don’t have anything negative to say about the home. Some suggestions would be: a Keurig coffee maker, a new wine opener (the one provided was broken), nicer wine glasses, a wireless speaker, counter spray to wipe off counters. Other than that the home is really well stocked and the golf cart is a wonderful extra.

Golf cart is what sold us

Let me start off by saying property is beautiful and close to the beach. Golf cart that’s included makes everything easy. Commuting back and forth from the beach, going to the store, restaurants and just cruising around we were able to keep the sand out of our vehicles. First night we got there the 3rd floor was warm, ~77 degrees, we just assumed that it would cool at night but it never did. Called the property manager next day and he had an AC tech out within an hour to fix it and brought two portable AC units just in case we had any more issues. I was very impressed with the quickness to solve our issue with the HVAC. We did have someone steal our beach chairs at night that we left out by the trash cans after washing the sand off so bring your stuff inside at night, I blame myself for that one. Only con I can think of was the floors were very dirty, I hate wearing shoes and it showed when my feet were black after walking around the property for a day. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.

Very clean and neat. Pleasant environment!! The maintenance man that drove a gray truck and very sweet and helpful. Prompt response to maintenance needs and any other things we requested on our stay. I couldn’t get the golf cart key but he walk me though it all!! He has to come and replace a tv upstairs even though he was busy and had other jobs to do, he assured me that he was coming right back later after taking care of an AC issue and he did just that very quickly and I really appreciate him for being available. We will be staying again with you all. This was my first and definitely not last time. From The Thomas of Columbus MS
