The “Peacock Perch” is a professionally decorated, 3-bedroom cottage designed with fun and relaxation in mind. Conveniently located in charming Seagrove Beach, this dreamy retreat is only a 5-minute walk to the sugar white sands aligning the rare costal dune lake and emerald waters, and offers easy access to countless dining options including the local favorite, Old Florida Fish House, or the ever-popular community of Seaside.

This delightful cottage boasts sophisticated style in conjunction with touches of inviting coastal décor. Top-of-the-line finishes, stainless appliances and hardwood floors are just a few of the details that will create an upscale feel with all the conveniences of home. This family friendly home features two master bedrooms as well as the bunk room that sleeps nine on the first floor, each hosting their own bathroom and in addition a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer located on the first floor. Just up the stairs to the second floor, natural light and cool tones fill the open floor plan of the kitchen and living room spaces, creating true ambiance for much anticipated time to relax and savor fun with family or friends. Excellent perfect girls trip
We came here for my sister's bachelorette party and it was perfect. The house was very clean with great spaces for everyone to be together. We loved the pool for a perfect chill day while we were there. You definitely feel secluded with all the trees and the pool was heated so temp was perfect! We also LOVED the golf cart because we could drive that for coffee and dinner. The location was PERFECT right in between seaside and Rosemary. 10/10 recommend and would stay again . Awe felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Wonderful Stay
We had the best time at the Peacock Perch! The house is beautiful! The set up was perfect for our family and it was so comfortable for us. Great spot and close to everything. Hope to be back!

Just as expected!
The house is nice, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the startup supplies...a bit more than most rentals offer and GOOD toilet paper, paper towels, linens, etc. Also, Sanders is a great mgmt company with excellent communication, quick response time, easy check-in/out and good cleaning service! (I have a thing about that.) Be VERY cautious with parking area you choose. We received a $200 ticket for parking in an unmarked zone, asking with one of the others who parked in the same spot. Good vacation rental for sure, though!

The house and the pool excellent. The property management company top notch! Neighbor to the left (if you're facing the house) was grumpy and rude), nice neighbor on the right. I wish the house had beach chairs and an umbrella.

Such a cute place!
We had a great week in this adorable and well stocked house. The beds slept great. The couch was comfy and cozy. The location was close to many things you could walk or bike to. The golf cart was an added bonus and made getting around super easy. Just be aware of your parking. Even if a lot of folks are parked somewhere, you all will get a ticket. Some areas are not clearly defined with signs with the writing gone. They don't care.....you get a ticket anyway. Just some advice to help you hopefully avoid having a $250 ticket in a trap parking lot not put a damper on your vacation. Overall, our week was wonderful.
