- 4 Min LSV (golf cart) ride to Walton Dunes Beach Access. Beach service available at this entrance.
- Access to a 6-Seater LSV (golf cart). Restrictions apply and must sign a waiver for access to the cart
- Private Pool - can be heated for an additional fee October through April
- 4 Backpack beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and a beach cart available for bringing your items to the beach
- Fenced-in, landscaped back yard with charcoal grill, sundeck, lounge seating, and covered porch with cushioned seating
- Access to 4 bikes, serviced regularly to ensure they are in top shape for your stay
