Our apartment is perfectly situated just 5 miles away from where the Tigers play, making it the ideal spot for your visit to this beautiful town. Whether you're here for the big game, visiting a student, or simply exploring the area, our property offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment is designed for comfort and convenience, making it perfect for families, friends, or game-day groups. Every room is thoughtfully furnished so you can settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Bedroom 1
Queen bed with adjustable head lift for extra comfort, cozy bedding, and fresh linens. Smart Samsung TV, bedside table and lamp for reading, and a closet with velvet hangers, iron, and steamer. Luggage rack provided. Enjoy the privacy of your own en suite bathroom with shower/tub, sink, toilet, and linens.

I wish we could have stayed longer! This place was sooo clean and comfy! This was perfect for our small group visiting over night for a roller derby game. When they say there is a mexican restaurant next door, they mean RIGHT next door - but it was perfect for grabbing a bite after a long ride. Our group said we would play the same team just to stay at this place again.

Great little townhouse

This is a perfect place to come visit Clemson. Love the Mexican restaurant right beside the house. Easy parking and easy access to the house. Absolutely spotless. Loved our stay!

Very nice and convenient property

Great location for three adults to come and spend the night after enjoying the Clemson Orange & White Spring Game and hanging out all day reminiscing about the "good old days" back when we were undergrads! With each of us having our own rooms, it was a better option than a hotel.

A wonderful place

Close to everything. Clemson Football, Rick Erwins and the best Mexican within walking distance. We would stay again for sure. Lots of room for everyone.

The location was great, very clean and loved El Jimador next store. However, there was no cooking spray or cookie sheets in the kitchen, which made it difficult for cooking. If the kitchen were better stocked, I would've given it an A.

Second time renting this unit, and just as good as the first. Highly recommend if visiting Clemson or surrounding area.
