We loved the location of this home. Neighborhood was quiet. It was a short walk to the beach. Close to many restaurants. The property was clean and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean & great location!

This property was amazing for my wife, my dogs, and myself! It was one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in & just far enough off 30a that it was very quiet yet a short bike ride to restaurants & shops.Pat was a fantastic host as well!We look forward to staying again

Great place!

We loved this place! It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but it’s so easy! The neighborhood is beautiful. The backyard is perfect for family dinners!

Cute Bungalow close to the beach!

We loved the bungalow. Perfect for our family of 4 although 6 would have plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. We were close to the beach and restaurants. I do recommend renting a golf cart to get around in.

Best Pet friendly stay we've had.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the fenced back yard, the generous sized patio, and the front porch swing. It was perfectly located for us to use the bike trails and walk to the beach. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We will definitely be staying here again!

The property is wonderful. Everytjing was as deacru ed and communication was exceptional. The location was perfect to jump on our bikes and get anywhere easily. Within 1 mi there are enough restaurants to supplement your stay! It was great to have a nice yard for our dog and he loved it too!

This was an awesome experience from reservation to check out. Everything you would need is provided and the fenced yard for the pup was awesome. Pat was great to work with.

Wonderful stay!

This cottage is perfect for us!!! Ms Pat is the best! Beautiful fenced in backyard with lots of patio furniture. Great location! This is the cleanest property we have staying in and we’ve been coming here for 15 years! We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect Neighborhood

Clean house that is pet friendly. Plenty of room and a fenced backyard. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Love this quiet neighborhood. Will definitely return here!

Cozy and quaint

This place was the perfect fit for our family. It was close to the beach and shopping but then you could go home and relax away from the hustle and bustle. The fenced in back yard made it nice for our dog and he settled right in. The host made it easy to stay here and the neighborhood was friendly. Right down the street is a place to rent bikes and get ice cream so that was a bonus. We would defiantly stay here again if we visit this area.

Everything you need!

This property was the perfect mixture of clean and clutter-free while also having everything we needed and some helpful touches like games for the kids, plenty of kitchen supplies, an easy-to-use vacuum to keep the floors clean, and beach chairs. The white couches are a bit stressful with kids, but we did our best to keep snacks and drinks off the sofas. All in all, a great beach stay!

Pet friendliest

We wanted a pet friendly house in this area while attending a music festival. Great for dog walking on the trail, fenced yard and nicely stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms. It’s a great area for eating and shopping. Not our favorite beach area for actually being on the beach but that want our priority. It is very close to a public. Each entrance, just a bit more crowded. Would definitely stay again next year for the festival. Lovely owner and manager.

Great place

Great house. Dogs loved the secure yard. Well stocked with everything you'd need. Only a couple of recommendations... Fan in master is very noisy and wished there'd been a large mirror to ready for son's wedding. Since we were the only ones staying there we were able to move a fan into the master and use large mirror in next room. Minor things really. Would stay here again and recommend. Thanks Pat!!!

Amazing home for a nice getaway with the fur babies ❀

The pictures just did not do this home justice. It is beautiful, very well kept, and close to the beach. We rented bikes for a couple days and used those to go back and forth to the beach and shops. The fenced in back yard was perfect for the fur kids and it was nice to be able to sit outside with them after a long day at the beach and shopping. Pat was wonderful and his communication was quick. He was gracious enough to let us check in an hour early as we drove from Pennsylvania. He checked on us the night of checking in to make sure everything was as we expected. I will be staying here again when we come back to 30A 🙂

Little Slice of Heaven!!

We were in town for a baseball tourney in PCB and could not find a place to stay.. all that was available was way out of our price range. We came across this listing.. price was perfect. It was a little bit of a distance out from where we were playing but the drive was easy and worth it. House is well maintained and perfect. A block off the beach and shopping within 2 miles.. Pat was awesome. If we are ever in that neck of the woods again.. this is where we will stay! Enough room for both our boys and grandparents.. Thank you Pat for accommodating us and for your hospitality. A huge slice of heaven away from home!!

Please note that we follow a weekly Sat - Sat calendar that begins May - August. For shoulder seasons, a four night minimum stay is observed.
Check in is 4:00 pm, Check out is 10:00 am promptly.

We've learned that many families, especially those with young children - often accompanied by grandparents - are eager to find a comfortable, relaxed space -- with no stairs to manage. Welcome to 30APaws. Pups, of course, are always welcome and the fenced backyard means no leash requirements. And for our first year, we're offering reduced rates. Give us a look, check us out, and come stay with us. We'd love to have you! And we've extended those introductory rates into 2024!
