Our Christmas stay- 3 bedroom condo

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this 10 months out and are repeat guest. I do not see us returning. This has always been condos we have recommended to so many friends but after this last stay it will most likely be our last. When we arrived the refrigerator was all dented. I went immediately and told the front desk. We died not want anyone to think we had damaged it. One bathroom still had urine on the seat. We went to turn the fireplace on (this is one of our favorite things to do and enjoy the mountain feeling) and it didn’t work. I went and told the front desk and they just said yeah the parts been on back order. I went to take a bath in the master bedroom and never turned the jets on. I jumped out of the tub when I saw what looked like maggots in the tub. Maybe they came from the jet holes but again I had not even had a chance to turn the jets on. I just left the water as is and when we left I called the front desk and told them. The carpet felt damp and the pillows all seemed completely worn out and flat in the sofas.

Love Cherokee Lodge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying here for many years. Starting to see the age in some of the condos, closet doors need replaced, water marks on the ceiling, broken blinds etc. Small updates would be nice. But still one of our favorite places to stay. Always friendly, always clean, great location!

Great experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cherokee Lodge surpassed our expectations. The Condo was clean and very nicely decorated. My only complaint was the noise of the traffic - You take the good with the bad. It is close to Dollywood and the Old Mill - two of our favorites. But sitting in the middle of town also comes with the sound of town. Overall it was a great experience and we would gladly stay there again.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed on this property several times. We are very pleased. The cleanliness of the property and friendly staff is plus. The condos are roomy and very well laid out. You are close enough to walk to The Old Mill District. The downfall of this property is the traffic noise you have in the master bedroom. It hasn’t effected us enough to not come back year after year.
