This house is awesome! A block from the beach and a beautiful pool/hot tub to come home to. The kitchen has everything you could ever want. Large spacious bedrooms with comfy beds. The game room and bikes were a hit. We can't wait to go back!

I# a beautiful house with a lot of games for the grandkids in an air conditioned garage.Very close to the beach. Will try to come back again next year God willing. Would recommend it to anyone, not cheap but is worth it.

The Best!

This home had everything! Attention to all details! Nicely furnished and very adequately supplied with linens, appliances, tableware, pool toys, beach equipment and very high on serving the needs of children while on vacation. The home is new and beautifully appointed, The cleanliness was very appreciated because sometimes that is not the case with a rental property. I recommend this property.

Plenty big enough for our extended family, our granddaughters gave us thank you card on our return which said (thanks for the best ever holiday).The of the property was in a good location, it was extremely clean & in great shape. We had a problem getting into the property on arrival and with the toaster during our stay both were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the local management/maintenance staff. Overall our stay was more than we could have expected and the property was exactly as described.I would definitely recommend this to friends and family

A Memorable Christmas Week

Reviewer Comments: This beautiful house in a beautiful location provided our 10 person family from three different states a wonderful and memorable Christmas week. The house, the pool, the spa and the location – a five minute walk from the beach was perfect. We especially appreciated all the beach amenities that were included – chairs, floats, wagon to carry things, Pickleball rackets – a ping-pong table in the garage and even cornhole. MIVP was also very helpful and even allowed us to send a small Christmas tree that they held for us until we arrived. Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.were also in close proximity. This experience exceeded our expectations and we would go back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful New Property - hot tub does not work

Very Beautiful new property with plenty of space. Very clean. Comfortable furniture. Outfitted with good quality dishes silverware towels and other niceties. Yes it is there!! Google satellite still has not updated to show it is there, but rest assured it is real. Hot tub only worked one time during the stay. We asked the property manager to help and they sent someone out and it was fixed for one time. Then the heater was turned off again and not able to be used. This is part of the evaluation when deciding where to stay and was a large disappointment. Once it was not working again we tried to talk to the property manager but they only communicate during weekdays and during normal business hours. So this left us without a solution over the Labor Day holiday weekend, which was a significant portion of our stay.

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback, Jonathan. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the hot tub. On Friday, September 1, 2023 at 7:00 PM, you reported an issue with the hot tub not heating, but unfortunately, the pool company was not available at that time to address the issue. However, they were able to come on Saturday morning and found that someone had tampered with the settings and disabled the heater. They reactivated the heater and tested its operation. On Labor Day, Monday, September 4, 2023 at 2:45 PM, our agency received a text message stating that the hot tub was not heating. Please keep in mind that our office was closed for the holiday and we did not receive the message until Tuesday morning. We would like to remind you that we are available 24/7 by phone (as stated in all of our literature), and if you had called, we would have sent a representative to assess the situation. The pool company went on Monday morning and discovered that someone had disabled the heater again. Once again, Jonathan, we appreciate your valuable feedback and look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Perfect layout for multiple families. We spent a ton of time in the pool and kids/adults both loved the games in the garage. Well supplied for beach- toys, umbrella, chairs, coolers. We loved our time. Short walk to beach.
