March trip

The property is very clean and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and helpful. A couple of items that could use improvement: 1. The electrical plugs did not all work. The one in the bathroom was especially troubling.2. In our opinion, there needs to be more towel racks or drying racks. There was no place to hang towels to dry. Finally, the apartment is close to a busy street so you will hear traffic. However, we had a great time. The apartment is close to many restaurant choices. We appreciate the space in a great location.

Great place, walk to the beach

Super close to the beach, Janet was super responsive and helpful. Ask her if you have questions and she’s happy to answer. Fantastic location, walking distance to a lowkey beach area and 15-20 min walk to non-touristy feeling areas. Even the “touristy” spots are pretty great for a quick bite/drink. If you book a guided tour (think el yunque etc) they can usually pick you up at the AC marriot which is literally down the street. Pinky’s was great for sandwiches to bring to the beach behind it; Eros for bodega snacks and beers/liquor; the Place for cheap drinks, friendly service, and to watch some sports with a burger. 10/10 stay!

Great alternative to a big hotel

Location is great (in the heart of the action, very safe), space is cute, clean, and well stocked with anything you would need. I had a few questions about our stay and the area, and the communication with our host was always speedy, helpful, and thoughtful. Great option versus a big hotel, and without the big hotel prices! Definitely would stay again!

Fantastic experience

Janet was extremely communicative and available for anything we needed. She is a fantastic host. The apartment is extremely clean and in a very safe building. She went above and beyond and made the experience an absolute pleasure. I would absolutely stay in that apartment again in the future. thank you Janet!

Great location

Easy check-in, very secure building to enter building and to use elevator. Prompt response from host Janet. Clean, and nice touch on added beach towels and small cooler to use during stay. Location was great for morning walks to beach, coffee breakfast and a variety of choices for meals on Ashford St. La Cantina next to our stay is a must for dinner, great beer wine choices excellent comida Argentina! Would stay here again!
