A Delray Beach oasis it is!

This property was exactly as advertised. While it is not walking distance to Atlantic boulevard it's only a few minutes from the best Delray Beach has to offer. We were visiting family in Boynton Beach, which is easily accessible via I95. Myriam is an exceptional hostess. She provided excellent follow up throughout our stay. While we did have a problem with the heated jacuzzi, Myriam had both the water pump and heat pump changed within a couple of days. Something that might have taken a couple of weeks back home. On top of those two units being new, all other appliances are new. The property is very clean. Bed linen is fresh and mattresses very comfortable. The house, while a few years old has been remodeled with new flooring, bathrooms and kitchen. While it only has 2 bedrooms, it has 3 sitting areas which means you will always have your "private space". The outside offers a relaxing setting with its jacuzzi pool and water canal. Don't expect the traffic of the intercoastal. You'll be lucky to see one or two bass fishing boats. Very peaceful! Thank you, Myriam for making our stay very enjoyable! We would very highly recommend this property!

PERFECT 2 MONTH STAY

Decided we want to try being snowbirds. Wanted a two month stay in an area that had some nightlife, but also remote in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were so happy that we found this place and we’ve even booked for longer next year. Perfect location in the middle of Delray and Boca. Host was responsive and you could tell she really cared about her property. Highly recommend. The yard on the canal was our favorite place. Kayaks are top notch.

great place and great stay

this was our second time renting this house. We look forward to our third year renting the same place. It is roomy, clean, convenient to sites in Del Ray, Boynton and Boca Raton. The back yard is beautiful with a pool, dock and two sitting areas. The landscaping is also beautiful. The host, Myriam, is responsive and helpful.

Terrific

The stay exceeded expectations. The heated pool/hot tub was perfect feature for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped with useful accessories. We travel to the area frequently and would definitely come back.

Enjoyable

Beautiful back yard. Very nice interior--clean and appears to have had a very nice remodel done in past 1-2 years. Myriam was very responsive to all requests. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Wonderful time in Delray

We spent three weeks at this property in Delray. Had a fantastic stay. The house was spacious, very clean and updated just as advertised, located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located to shops, restaurants, beach and Atlantic Avenue. Would recommend this house if you are visiting Delray. If you enjoy fishing, you can fish right off the dock in the backyard! Landlord was very attentive. Overall a great experience.

Comfortable, pleasant and relaxing

Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. The home is nicely situated on a quiet channel. The owner took care to make us feel welcome and there were a lot of little touches in the house to make it cozy and pretty. The owner was very responsive to the small things that needed attention. Altogether a pleasant stay!

Wonderful stay!

Highly recommend this location. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, well equipped., and the beds exceptionall comfortable. The host, Myriam, could not have been nicer or more accommodating and responded immediately to a small issue we had. We spent a week in the house and wished it could have been longer.
