There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house. 
The main bedroom features a queen bed with private work station, ensuite bathroom, large closet and view of the backyard.

Bedroom 2 features a queen bed with private work station. Bedroom 3 features stacked twin beds. Both rooms with moderate sized closets.

Gather around for meals at the dining area, quaint breakfast nook, or enjoy the outdoors. Equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up your favorite home-cooked meal or simply enjoy the ease of takeout from one of the nearby restaurants.

The pool is not heated, and so is best enjoyed late April - October, when the night time temperatures are still cool, expect that the water will also be cool accordingly!

Hidden Gem

This beautiful home is tucked in a quiet little neighborhood , close to the UofA campus and several restaurants and stores. There was plenty of space and games/activities for the whole family. The pool was great, but as luck would have it, the weather was a little chillier than normal, so we didn’t get as much pool time as we had hoped! Overall wonderful stay with simple and comfortable decor.

Location - quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking - easy. Clean. Wrapped /new sponge for dishes which I appreciate. Very firm mattress in the room with en suite bathroom and blackout drapes covering sliding door. Nice layout. Privacy window treatments. Secure locks on doors and windows. Plenty of towels. Nice yard. Great communication with owner. .

Great house and perfect location

We had a great stay at Amy’s place. We were there to visit our sons at U of A. It’s was the perfect house for us to stay and have a place to hang out with the boys. Clean, well appointed house and nice backyard with a and putting green.

Great Time in Tucson

We loved the house the backyard amenities were even better than imagined! We walked to campus every day! The only think missing were we would have loved some blankets!

Fantastic Property

Stay here was close to family, thus excellent choice for the 4 of us. Well stocked with coffee, tea, spices. Hard to say anything bad about it. Only 1 idea to make it even more outstanding would be to replace the mattress on the lower pull out bed of the room with the 2 beds ~ it’s too squishy. Otherwise it’s the best house I ever rented.

Clean and quiet neighborhood. Close to campus. Nice outdoor area.. Hosts were attentive. Just wish there was an outdoor grill and seating to hang out. Beds were comfy and newer.

Wonderful

This is the perfect property for a stay in Tucson! We came to the area to visit the University and take in a volleyball game and a football game. The location of the house is such that it was just a quick walk to both. The house exceeded our expectations. It is decorated and furnished with such attention to detail that you feel so comfortable and taken care of. Everything you could need is provided. Coffee, bottled water and snacks were much appreciated by all members of our family. Amy was a fabulous host. She checked in with us to make sure we were all settled and asked if we needed anything. We loved the putting green and the safe neighborhood. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Tucson. Thank you, Amy!

Great property

Overall impression of this property is outstanding. The host has gone above and beyond with considerate small touches that make a big impact on your stay. Coffee, snacks, and spices are just a few of the conveniences. The house and outdoor areas are very clean and lots of natural light. Campus is a quick 11 minute walk. Neighborhood is safe and centrally located. Walking distance to Floras and other restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
