Summary:
Located in the heart of Santa Cruz. Just a 10 minute walk along a beautiful path to the Main Beach and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Also only 10 minutes walking to the downtown shopping district and local eateries. This is the ideal location if you want to be close to the action and all the town has to offer. The home is new construction and designed to highlight the uniqueness of the area with bright fun colors and artwork.

The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests
- 3 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- The driveway is shared and on-site parking is limited to one car in the garage (attached to this house) and one car in the driveway (2 cars total can park on the property).
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Small patio with outdoor seating and bbq

Note:
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- NO PETS

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, including a 1 car garage which also has a laundry machine & dryer.

Known for its stunning beaches along West Cliff Drive, it's a paradise for sunbathers, surfers, and outdoor enthusiasts. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk offers classic seaside fun with thrilling rides and amusements. The town's lively downtown area is dotted with eclectic shops, art galleries, and diverse dining options. Santa Cruz is also a hub for live music and cultural events, with the Santa Cruz Wharf offering spectacular ocean views and fresh seafood. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures or relaxation, Santa Cruz has it all, making it a dynamic and inviting coastal destination.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach (15 minute walk)
- The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (20 minute drive)
- Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park (20 minute drive)
- The Mystery Spot (10 minute drive)
- Capitola Village (15 minute drive)
- Monterey Bay Aquarium (1 hour drive)

Other Things to Note:
- The home is located on a main road, so there is noise (both from cars) people and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. We provide noise cancelling machines and black out curtains to help light sleepers!
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

Host is exceptionally communicative and gives great resources. The house was clean and perfect for our family and our needs. They even have a baby travel crib and a small stroller, which I was not aware of when I booked the house. The location is fairly close to downtown Santa Cruz and within walking distance to the beach boardwalk. During our stay the neighborhood was quiet. Lots of great places to eat around the area and easy access to highway 1. Would definitely stay here again.

Family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. Clean, well appointed and quiet the weekend we were there. The boardwalk and beach are short 10 minute walk. Across from a trailhead which provides a nice run or family walk each morning and afternoon. Parking in the garage was nice. I’d return.

Really comfortable and convenient

This place was super comfortable and convenient for our family of four. It was great being so close to the beach. Only downside is that it’s on a busy street that was pretty loud at night.

Such a great location

We had a great time in Santa Cruz! We loved the location of this house - we were a 5 min drive or 15 minute walk near soo many things to do or places to eat! Nothing was lacking in the kitchen and the white noise machines in the bedrooms were a nice touch! We will definitely book again if available the next time we come to town!

Boardwalk Beauty

Host had great communication, the home was just as described and very clean. Loved that they had helpful touches throughout, like WiFi password, clear instructions for a/c and heat as well as where everything goes. Nice touches such as aluminum foil, seasoning, oil and other. Look forward to visiting again!

Boardwalk Fun

Property was great but needs a few things that would really help. There is no place tovput your clothes in the bedrooms. There is space for hang up items but no dressers or drawers of any kind for other items. No tvs in any of the bedrooms which is a problem at night if you have,kids. Location was,great so we could walk to the beech in no time

A pleasant getaway.

Very nice condominium, well located with a focus on the boardwalk. Well equipped, and clean. The management company was highly responsive to our needs. We enjoyed our stay.
