This was our second time renting from OVR and we have been so happy both times. The property is clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I will stay here again next time I’m in Santa Cruz.

Great house in a great location. Easy walk to the boardwalk and down to the beach for sunset. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were super comfy! The check in process was so easy. The layout was great for 2 adults and an 11 yr old, would definitely recommend to families.

The property is lovely and comfortable for our family of three adults and two kids. Plenty of space for us to relax and actually very quiet even being near a beach. Speaking of, the location is easily walkable to the Boardwalk, Seabright Beach, the Harbor and plenty of cafes. Perfect stay.

Very cute place, super close to the beach and walking distance to the harbor on one side and the famous pier to the other side. I wish we brought our beach cruisers because you can ride for days.

Fun girls getaway and this place didn't disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised by how close it was to the beach. We could see the boardwalk by just walking to the end of the road and it was easily walkable distance. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the host had a QR code to places around the property to visit and eat. If I go back to Santa Cruz I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A lovely home in a perfect locations!

We came to Santa Cruz for a family wedding. We love the Seabright area and found this gem. The home has three nice bedrooms, a nice dining and living area and a super cute courtyard for parking. The beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless. We will stay here again!!!

Clean and perfect location in a beautiful neighborhood

Spent the week in Santa Cruz with my husband and 4 boys. This house was super clean comfortable beds and great location. We were able to walk to the beach! Would stay here again.
