Remodelage et mobilier neufs !!! Nouvelle cuisine, bains et tous les nouveaux meubles et matelas.

Écoutez les vagues dans cette maison de vacances Aptos en face de l'entrĂ©e de la plage du quartier des plages Seacliff et Pot Belly. Descendez un chemin trĂšs photographique de Beachgate ou, si vous avez trop de choses sur la plage, conduisez 0. 2mi et utilisez le pass California State Park pour l'accĂšs et le parking gratuits.

2 chambres, 1. 5 salles de bain - 6 couchages, avec un lit king californien, un lit queen et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Nouvelle cuisine avec comptoirs en granit, salles de bain rénovées et douche chaude extérieure.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée et la maison comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse, une douche extérieure avec eau chaude, une télévision par cùble, une connexion Wi-Fi, un lecteur DVD, une chaßne stéréo avec lecteur CD et de nombreux jeux.

Apportez simplement votre maillot de bain. Tout le reste est fourni: draps, serviettes de plage, chaises, parasol et jouets.

CasaMareAptos est un duplex. L'appartement à l'étage n'est jamais loué; c'est notre deuxiÚme maison et nous, un couple semi-retraité, nous l'utilisons le week-end.

L'architecture de la maison offre une intimité totale; avec invité ayant une utilisation exclusive du rez-de-chaussée, clÎturé (8 '- 10') arriÚre / cours latérales, douche extérieure, barbecue et allée pour 2 voitures. Seule la cour avant est partagée avec les propriétaires. Il n'y a pratiquement pas de parking dans la rue. La location est livrée avec 2 places de parking dans l'allée.

Sont Ă©galement inclus (plus de 150 $)
- un laissez-passer pour un vĂ©hicule du parc d'État de Californie pour visiter plus de 20 parcs d'État locaux.
- 2 laissez-passer pour les membres de l'aquarium de Monterey Bay. Gagnez du temps en évitant une longue file d'attente et en utilisant l'entrée des membres!

La plage de Seacliff est l'une des plus belles plages de la région. Il est large, plus de 30 km de long et à marée basse, vous pouvez marcher 1,5 km jusqu'à Capitola. Passez des journées tranquilles à nager, à faire du boogie boarding et à surfer avec les dauphins, les baleines, les phoques et les oiseaux de rivage pour vous tenir compagnie.

C'est un endroit idéal pour visiter Monterrey, Carmel, Capitola, Santa Cruz, 17 Mile Drive ou simplement vous détendre sur la plage.

Close to the beach in a great quiet neighborhood. House was well setup and parking for 2 cars is such a wonderful thing. This was a great place to stay for the 4 of us! Clean, quiet, and close to the beach!I would reccomend walking to Maryanne's for ice cream and Castelli's Deli for coffee and muffins!The driveway fit our full size 4 door pickup so it can fit pretty much any vehicle.We would stay here again!

My wife and i really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. It is close to the beach and to the highway for access to other sightseeing areas like Cannery Row in Monterey. The hosts included 2 membership cards for the aquarium and a state park pass and which we used and appreciated. I highly recommend this location if you are planning to vacation in this area.

The location of this property is excellent. It is close to a small grocery, deli and very close to the beach. We were able to walk to downtown Capitola, though it was quite a long hike. We enjoyed every minute of it!

Great stay in Aptos!

We had a great week in Aptos. Marina and Sasha were the best hosts. The house had the best location and the walk to the beach is so beautiful. It was also so nice to have access to the aquarium and state parks passes too!

Love this property! It is a cute clean house with all the amenities you need. All of the rooms are more spaceouse than the pictures show. Bathroom has a shower stall and large vanity, other is a half bath. The location is amazing! There is a path about 2 house away that takes you down to the beach. The path is better for older kids as it is a steep hill. If you have younger kids, you can always use the parking pass provided by the owners. The neighbohood has alot to offer within walking distance if you want to eat out. Day trips to other beach towns within 5-15 minutes. Passes to the aquarium are a nice bonus. Definitely recommend this peoperty!

Getaway long weekend

Location was fantastic. Truly just a 4-min walk from the beach, with nearby Santa Cruz and all the hoopla that goes with it, including great restaurants. Our favorite was going to Seacliff beach and sitting near the water's edge, snuggled up in blankets to fend off the chill in the air, while enjoying the warmth of the beating sun and sound of perpetual crashing waves.

You couldn't ask for more!

The hosts of this beach house have thought of everything. The place was perfect for us. Three adults of family and friend. If you like a little exercise walk the trail actoss the street to the beach. Or use the free parking pass to drive atound the corner and park 5 strps from the beach!

Casa Mare is our second home. We spend weekends (sometimes long ones since we love it here so much more than the hectic Silicon Valley) in the upstairs apartment. Our kids are grown so it’s just the two of us. We are available to answer any questions and to share our favorite places to visit and eat at.

Both being scientist, we used a scientific approach, the Radar app, in selecting the warmest, least foggy beach community. We were surprised to discover that often there is a 15 to 20 degrees difference with in less than 10 miles.
We chose our home because of proximity to the beach and it’s unique architecture.

We love to travel and to stay in vacation rentals, especially when traveling with our family or friends. For the past 30+ years we have rented over 100 places all over US and Europe and have used this experience in setting up our home. We furnished it with all the things that we’ve enjoyed and appreciated: tourist information, guide books, lots of books and games for adults and kids, cooks kitchen, extra towels and linens, and of course everything one would need for the beach, even kites. Many guests comment on our location and how well-equipped our home is.
