Dallas Lighting Market

It was an easy stay and clean location. Walking distance to restaurants was great. Walking distance to Walgreens and The Warwick hotel for cocktails.I was safe and the space was great.

Property is nice on outside, apartment is nice on inside, but walking from the gate to the apartment is cramped and dark. Would not stay there by myself. Apartment has hardly any natural light.

Quaint Studio

This was a perfect place for a single business traveler looking to stay near downtown. Convenient to restaurants and stores without having to battle Dallas traffic. The studio was very cute and I loved the gated parking.

Pleasant experience

Omer was very responsive and took care of issue with furnace efficiently. Although an older building, the unit was nicely updated and clean. Appreciated secure gated parking.

Lovely, clean spot

Very nice. I previously stayed nearby at an apartment with a non-working thermostat owned by RBA Living. Very uncomfortable. So I tried this place and it was so much better.

Cozy Condo

Location is great. It was quiet and safe. Nice upgrades to a condo in an older building. Cleaning crew could do a better job. Floors were not swept. AC had trouble cooling. Shower door was removed and very strong paint smell when we arrived. Host was good on getting maintenance crew there quickly. Overall some things they can work on to get 5 Stars.

Good location, in airport flight path

The apartment is on the ground floor of a building in a quiet neighborhood just off the main street, Cedar Springs Rd. It's the gay section, which we wanted, and is a lot of fun, although the restaurants within walking distance are pretty casual. It's only a block walk to the bars/restaurants. The apartment rehab is pretty nice. But there are several small things missing that would improve the experience. For example, there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower but no soap. We ended up buying a bar. There is no dresser. We had to use the drawers in the bathroom vanity. The only mirror was above the bathroom sink. There is a nice walk-in closet where it would be easy to hang an inexpensive full-length mirror. And the only towel rod in the bathroom was on the shower door (nice walk-in shower). We hung our towels on available doorknobs. It would be simple to install rods/hooks on the large, empty wall in the bathroom. The unit was pretty clean, except for a pair of dirty socks under the bed from a previous guest. Overall, the unit is a step up from a hotel room. We didn't cook and didn't check out the kitchen, which has modern appliances. The biggest problem for me was that the building is directly in the landing flight path to DFW. The planes start roaring in at 6 am and are fairly constant until 8 am, then throughout the day and evening. The planes woke me every morning but my partner said she didn't hear them. Guess I'm a lighter sleeper.
