Welcome to my paradise; A place to kick off those ski boots, enjoy the sunsets, relax and rejuvenate, mountainside. Wake up with a cup of joe, catch a glimpse of the hot air balloons in the valley. You are off to another perfect, Colorado adventure!

The Space:
Mountainside Nook is all yours during your stay, please make yourself comfortable! Enjoy your coffee while the sun begins to saturate the mountainside; You have a top-floor view, savor it! Condo has 1 bedroom with queen bed. Kitchenette has coffee bar, mini-refrigerator, microwave, hot plate and toaster; dishes and silverware provided. Pür water filter pitcher provided in min-fridge. No oven. No freezer. Think of this nook as a hotel room, the perfect size!

Downtown is an easy 8 minutes, Ski Mountain is 4 minutes. Free Bus stops within 9 minute walk of the property. The Guest Guide has more details for your stay!

I know you will be out adventuring, but when you finally make it home, you have Netflix to Chill on either television.

Guest Access:
Full use of condo, door code provided upon booking confirmation. Coin laundry room is on ground level, you are welcome to use. Parking is free and available on side and back of building.

The Neighborhood:
The Nook sits directly on the mountainside and provides you awe inspiring views of the Valley and Mountain. Experience a gorgeous sunset over the valley and witness the ever-changing wonder, The Rocky Mountains. It is the perfect place to relax post-adventure. I love this little condo because it is so close to everything, yet in a quiet residential setting. Steamboat has endless year-round activities and places to explore!

Getting Around:
Free Bus stops just off property- Green Line.
Parking in back or side of building- Free.
Bikes are always a great way to navigate a small mountain town, too!

Other Things to Note:
Dumpster has a bear bar and latch, please re-latch after use.

Nook Quirk: Steamy Showers may set off the smoke alarm, cracking the back window is a quick fix!
