Welcome to Puchy L44 — a luxurious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom tropical villa in Miami, Florida, equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable family stay.

Outside on the large private fenced patio: a heated pool, private mini beach, mini golf, BBQ, outdoor furniture and outdoor dining table. Inside: a game room with pool table, air hockey and arcades (plus 2 single sofa beds), a modern living room with smart TV and coffee table, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, cookware and dinnerware, dining for eight and a breakfast bar for three.

Two levels give everyone space: the master bedroom (king, walk-in closet, private bathroom with bathtub), three queen bedrooms and a fifth bedroom with 2 full beds — all with smart TVs and closets. Modern washers and dryers in the laundry room. All 3 bathrooms come stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers, plus plenty of soft fluffy towels.

Guests have full access to the entire home and all its amenities. We are always available during your stay for questions or recommendations on what to do and see in the Miami area.

Please note: multiple security cameras cover all exterior areas of the house, including the pool and common areas, at all times for security purposes — focused solely on outdoor spaces, respecting your privacy inside. Our home undergoes rigorous cleaning and sanitization to CDC standards, with a dedicated pre-stay inspection before every arrival. Florida’s subtropical climate may attract small insects despite regular preventive treatments — please keep doors closed. After using the BBQ, please close the propane tank valve and make sure the pit is fully off.
