Brand New Everything! This newly created space offers city style interior decor with outside space to enjoy. This includes the New Trex deck with HOT TUB and outdoor relaxation. Situated on large lot- this space offers convenient access to local highways (5 min from I-87, 10 min from 787). Off street parking for 2 vehicles. RV, boat, trailer space available on site. Within 2 min -be at convenience store, pizza shop, ice cream, mini golf, town park and more..
Other things to note
There is a shared driveway that a small business uses on the back part of the nearly 2 acres property. From time to time a car or truck may enter or exit this property via the driveway. Typically only May-October.

I highly recommended this adorable place! Everthing was very clean and comfy. Jennifer thought of everything! All the little extras, even the toothbrush that I forgot! The hot tub was dreamy and private. Convenient location. A perfect getaway for a girls weekend! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was a perfect rental for a quick weekend getaway to see a couple shows at SPAC. The home is very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub and patio for morning coffee. We would stay here again, only very minor wish was that the bed was a little bit more firm. Great location for seeing Saratoga and surrounding areas, beautiful place! Overall great experience.

Just what was needed; quiet, peaceful

Took so much needed time away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Couldn’t have picked a better place. This is the second time going and will book again when we need to relax.

All the photos matched the description of the place it was so nice and clean! They went above and beyond and had ice in the freezer and chocolate and coffee waiting for us upon our arrival! It’s such a cute little place and the hot tub was an extra added bonus!

Yes Please!

We were looking for a little staycation and that's exactly what this place was. The hot tub was hot and clean and very enjoyable both during the day and at night. Lots of walking trails and things to do close by.

I really enjoyed this stay. Very clean , comfortable and cozy. Hot tub was nice. Only downside the bedroom doesn't have a tv. Overall my partner and I enjoyed!

Almost perfect.

Layout and size great for a couple. Loved courtyard and hot tub. Nice and newer and clean. Almost perfect, however if elderly, the bed is a mattress without box spring and very low to the floor. Could be difficult getting out. Owner very responsive and helpful up to my stay.

After-Prom Stay

My partner and I hungout with some friends and enjoyed music on the tv. Comfy bed, clean everywhere and it was overall a very cute night!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

My primary residence is in the town of Halfmoon. I am a Mom to three teenagers and I have one little mini Australian Shepard. I like the rural feel of Halfmoon but its accessibility to Saratoga, Albany, the Adirondacks, and Vermont. In under an hour we can be in a beautiful lake, skiing on a mountain, at the state capital, boarding an airplane at ALB or in another state via car.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This unit has a private hot tub for relaxation. This unit was built in a converted town building that used to be the local water department facility. Everything is new inside this unique space. The process of reimagining the use of this building was fun and I love that we turned this property into a useful, beautiful space to welcome people to our area.
