House was amazing!! Deck was perfect for hanging out. Location was 15 min from Ruoff for the concert we were seeing. We got there and back in no time! I look forward to booking in the future.

This house is in a great location. It is easy to walk to the downtown area and the park. I love the quaint town. Nice fenced in area for the dog.My only concern is the upstairs bedroom. The stairs leading to the attic room are very steep and uneven. There is not a handrail for safety and the light switch on the outside of the room was broken.When I had a concern, Dawn was quick to reply.

I love that you enjoyed the house and the location. Pendleton is a great town. For those who want more insight into the "upstairs" it is not an attic but actually houses 2 bedrooms and a large walk-in closet some of which are utilized for our personal things still) and the common area upstairs has 2 twin beds and as in old houses the light switch areas can be odd as these have a pull switch.

Another great stay!

We have stayed at this property before, and, once again, were very satisfied. The fenced in yard was perfect for our fur baby. Pendleton is a great little town with goid restaurants, nice shops, and a beautiful park.

Host was nice and welcoming. The interior was clean and decorated well. We would consider this a two-bedroom rental rather than three because the upstairs bedroom was too uncomfortable to use. There were enough other annoyances with the house that we were left uninterested in renting it again and unable to recommend to friends or family, although the host should be able to fix most of those issues.

Great stay

The house and property were perfect for our stay. We chose this property because they were pet friendly, and our dog enjoyed the fenced in area. Pendleton is a lovely town - restaurants, shops, beautiful park - plus it's close to Indianapolis. Will definitely stay here again.

Great little town

This residence had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Appreciated the ability to travel with our dogs and have a fenced backyard. Cute town and great place to walk dogs!

Small Town Charm

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming old home. It was clean and comfortable with a great front porch. The nieghborhood was quiet and filled with beautiful historic homes.

Enjoyable Stay

Our bridal party had an enjoyable stay here with plenty of space and amenities! We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the variety of sleeping arrangements the house has to offer. It's conveniently close to the shops and restaraunts of downtown Pendleton which suited our needs well. I would recommend this space to anyone needing to stay in the area!
