Located on a quiet and friendly neighborhood, this lovely home has private parking space at the front. This home has been newly renovated with hard surface flooring, modern lightings, granite countertops, and neutral colors all around.

As you walk in, the spacious and welcoming living room would be perfect to relax and hangout during your stay. Moving further into the home, you will find a wonderful kitchen area that is fully equipped along with granite countertops to accommodate all your cooking needs.

Moving further, you will find the bathroom which is equipped with a clean bathtub and hairdryer. Next, you will find two bedrooms, each with a medium texture queen bed to ensure maximum comfort. In the master bedroom, there is a small foldable desk if you need a private yet cozy spot to work from home.

Around the back patio, you will find the most comforting lounge area that is perfect for an evening hangout spot. There is also a gas BBQ grill that you could use for any outdoor cookouts.

A calm and cozy place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was prompt and polite. The neighborhood is safe and clean, with lots of places within walking distance. The house was updated and comfortable. The mattresses were like sleeping on a cloud. We would definitely come back.

Super clean and beautifully decorated. Back bedroom bed was very comfortable. Great having a washer and dryer. Every amenity like home. Would stay again.

Super clean and updated

The kitchen has new and excellent appliances. The details are also very nice, as some of the lamps and wall decor. The bathroom is big, even if the shower does not have much space where to put your things. The back patio is a great rxtra!

The property is a very well renovated old row house. Everything was as advertised but the beds were both terribly uncomfortable as well as the couch in the living room. However, it was the perfect property to bring along my pups and walk to the McGuires 5k event without having to drive or uber everywhere.

Weekend stay

It was a little pricey for the size of space. I misread description and thought there was 2 bathrooms, so a bit of a squeeze for family of 5. It was fine for us, we mostly just slept there, but would’ve been really tight if we’d wanted to hannah out and getting ready wasn’t the easiest with one shower. The place was clean but we did see small roaches inside and huge ones outside by the door/camera. I realize it’s Florida, but eeeek. We probably wouldn’t rent again but it was decent.

Mardi Gras parade

House was nice. Everything was new. Loved the decor. Location safe and close to everything. My major complaint is that the mattresses are extra firm (like sleeping on a board). Other than that I would suggest a larger, more comfortable couch. A full length mirror in the first bedroom. And a fire pit out back.
