The house was in a great location with a beautiful back yard. Host did a great job with communicating with us and the house was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

The house was in great shape and provided a quiet retreat from the beach. The house was also very spacious for a family of 6 travelling with a dog. The host was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to others.

The house makes you feel like you are at home. It is very spacious. It was clean. The screened porch gave an outdoor feeling with no chance of bugs! Needs a cutting board.

All good. Clean, spacious . Master bedroom very nice. Enclosed patio was nice. 4 senior golfers and we were all pleased. Hard to do!!Suggestions. Replace the light over the sofa/tv area. Bulbs/globe appears to have been removed. Doesn't give sufficient light for the area if reading. Hardback chairs were the only light areas....not sofas or comfort areas.

Short stay but would stay longer!!

Such a beautiful home. It was perfect way to the beach, grocery, and restaurants. We loved the open floor plan. We would love to stay again when we visit Floria or family. Would recommend to anyone!

Well-stocked for a short getaway

We enjoyed the place overall. It was much better stocked than most places we stay. Everything is pretty low to the ground, like the beds and counters, which was no big deal, but something worth noting. The area feels very rural.

The house was beautiful. We enjoyed our time together as a family (we came to spend a day of liberty with our new sailor!). However, there are a few things to keep in mind if choosing this location:We drove 7 hours and upon arrival could not get in the house. The code did not work and I was passed along to multiple people on the phone to try to get the code. My family and pets were in the car (it was dark and no lighting in the front of the house) while I alternated between explaining, trying new codes, being on hold for 25 mins. My husband started looking at hotels. Eventually the owner let us in remotely and explained there had been a system update on the door keypad. Once we made it in the house things were fine- until we took the dogs outside. While there is a fenced area for pets, the "fence has a huge hole with a cement block in front of it and the gate to leave the yard would not stay closed. We ended up keeping our dogs on leashes the whole trip. Speaking of the dogs... when I signed up for this property I included that we had dogs we were bringing (again, my daughter joined the Navy July 1st and hadn't seen our furbabies for three months, this was an exciting reunion for all of us and the reason for our visit!) but it was not included on the payment, which I missed when checking out. I was notified by text that "I noticed you have dogs, but it's not on the receipt for pet fee..." we were being watched!! Choose your stay carefully!!

We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful home and your family reunion! We're sorry the check-in difficulties, pet area concerns, and communication about the pet fee affected your stay. The smart lock experienced an unexpected system update, and we were able to provide remote access and reset the code. The opening in the pet area fence is being repaired, and a separate gate is available for the dog run. The property has one exterior Ring camera used for occasional property checks, and we understand your concerns about the pet fee message. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing a comfortable experience for future guests.

We were escaping the cold in the north when we decided to stay here. The location is awesome, the house is awesome. Our small golden doodle loved the lanai and the back yard. The house is huge and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

This house was everything we needed! My husband, adult kids and I came for a short vacation and we had an amazing time! We brought our dogs too! The space was perfect and close to the beach. We loved it.

beautiful backyard, pet friendly

We brought our dog on this long weekend trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how pet friendly the home is. There is a small fenced in area for off-leash play, some toys, bowls, poop bags, and a comfy dog bed provided. For the humans, the beds were comfortable and we were able to spend a lot of time in the closed in patio and fire pit in the backyard. Would stay here with a group again!

Spring break get away

We really enjoyed staying at the house for 2 weeks. We worked part of the time remotely and there are two separate desk/office areas. The kitchen and living area is open and very inviting. The neighborhood is quiet and has great access to Perdido Key. Very comfortable home with plenty of space. Loved that we could bring our dogs. Would definitely come again!

Very spacious house and yard (our pups were very happy). Great communication with the owner. The owner went way above & beyond when there were a few minor issues: the hand soaps were too watered down (owner sent new soap and refills to the house), bath towels were musty (owner sent new towels to the house), & grill not working (owner offered to reimburse if we refill the propane tank, but we opted not to use the grill anyway because it was too filled with grease and needs a good clean out). Thanks so much for lending us the space for our family’s Fall Break getaway!

Great location on a quiet street. Perfect for mixed company since one bedroom had 2 full beds. Back yard needed a little mower/weed earring attention but might have just been timing. Tried to book again but dates were not available but will try and book again.

Enjoyed our stay!

When the management company dropped the ball on the check in process and code, the owner contacted us and made it an easy process. The place has everything you could possibility want and need, including some great flavor coffee. We utilized the brand new grill provided and made some delicious steaks on the covered patio, while the dogs played in the yard. We'll definitely think of this place first when in the area. Thanks again for having us!

Perfect!

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and accommodating for my aging (88 & 86) parents, my husband and I and our two little dogs. We had a small issue upon arrival but it was resolved very quickly. The house is located close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and the beaches but far enough away from the busy hustle and bustle of the crowds. We also enjoyed seeing deer in the backyard every morning and evening. So peaceful!
