This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a smart TV and WiFi, and plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Enjoy slow mornings with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or end the day with a soothing soak in your private screened-in pool. Pool and spa heating are available upon request for an additional fee.

Inside, the open-concept kitchen offers everything you need—upgraded appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials whether you’re preparing a simple meal or cooking for the whole family. The dining area provides seating for six, making it a perfect space to gather after a day exploring Citrus County.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with luxurious bedding, a private ensuite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two comfortable beds ideal for kids or additional guests. Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked owner’s storage room. There is a car parked in the garage, but guests are welcome to use the garage space.

This home is located in Inverness—Florida’s Small Town Done Right—known for its charming downtown, historic Courthouse Square, inviting pubs and restaurants, and unique local shops. Outdoor lovers will appreciate the incredible Withlacoochee State Trail, one of Florida’s most scenic paved trails, perfect for biking, running, or leisurely walks. A car is recommended to explore the area comfortably.

Please note: Minimum check-in age is 21. No pets allowed. No smoking indoors (outdoor smoking is okay), and no parties. Pool/spa heating is available for an additional charge.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
