This is a great place to stay. This was our 5th guys fishing trip. First time we stay at the same place. We will never stay at another place. The host Melissa is so easy to work with and a very thoughtful person. I recommend all to stay at her Manatee house. It’s very family friendly too.

Manatee House was lovely! Very clean and comfortably furnished. Great location with ease getting to bother Crystal Springs and Homossasa. Beds were comfy, plenty of space for lounging, showers had good water pressure, towels were fluffy and plentiful. Kitchen well stocked. Melissa was very responsive to communication and thoughtful with a welcome gift.

We had a wonderful time in Crystal River and our stay in this wonderful house was a highlight. First off, this place is huge! Plenty of room for a large family or family and grandparents. The large sunroom is great for game time or just chillin’. Melissa has thought of everything! Nice quiet neighborhood to enjoy walks but close to Crystal River and Homosassa. I highly recommend.
