Keep it simple at this peaceful and vibrant Phoenix home! Expertly designed to maximize your comfort with us during your stay here. Tasteful decor throughout leads to a backyard perfect for enjoying the famous Arizona sunsets or a meal with your companions! The backyard also features a grill, outdoor dining area, gas fire pit & plenty of lounging seating throughout. Located right next to Encanto Park & the Encanto 9 Golf Course, there's plenty of entertainment options located nearby!

Featuring 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for you & your guests. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials for any meals that may be prepared along with a formal dining table. Washer and dryer in the home for any laundry needs during your stay. Very large backyard featuring plenty seating and outdoor games.

You'll have access to the entire home and premises.

Quiet & quaint neighborhood perfect for relaxation! Located right by Encanto Park -- Encanto Park is a public park in central Phoenix, Arizona. The park is composed of 222 acres of land consisting of picnic areas, a lagoon, a boat house, swimming pool, nature trail, amusement park, fishing and two golf courses. The lagoon is approximately 7.5 acres in surface area and about 6 feet deep, on average.

Nice quiet stay close to a lot of stuff

The property is very easy to get to and the check in was very easy. There were plenty of utensils and pans in the kitchen for us to cook with. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest but for the overall area it isn’t that bad. House has been updated and is very nicely setup.

Generally, the facility was good. A little worn, in need of some further upgrades. Location was chosen for proximity to many areas. Neighborhood ok but not optimum.

Ladies weekend

We had a ladies weekend to visit my granddaughter at GCU. The location of the house was very close to the University and everything we needed. We really enjoyed out stay and the house was perfect for us. We would definitely rent this property again. The host was very prompt to respond to my questions and requests.

Great place to relax

This was the perfect place for my daughter, her friend, and I to come back and rest for the night after shopping and setting up my daughter's new apartment. The house was centrally located between her apartment and all the shopping we did. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Did have one minor issue my last night, but was able to get it resolved in a very short amount of time. Great response and respond time from owner.

Check this one out!!

We took a chance on this property as there were no reviews and it was a perfect stay!! Pro: - Beautifully decorated with updated appliances & fixtures throughout. - Comfortable beds - Getting to the backyard and laundry room was through a hidden door and we loved that feature! - Backyard was a little dusty (it's Phoenix) but it's large, well landscaped with a grill, gas firepit, and plenty of seating. - Good central location close to freeways Con: The hot water temp was a little cold for our liking. Perfect stay on our trip. Thank you!!
