The property was definitely worth the price. It was very clean and conveniently located near many shops and the view was amazing. Perfect for me and my little family. The host was very easy to communicate with and replied at a very reasonable time whenever I had any questions. I highly recommend!!!

My family and I recently visited PCB for fall break and we stayed at Southern lights, let me tell you that it was a perfect stay! I’ve been to PCB many times over the years and stayed in different places, from hotels to condos and this one was the best one of all, Mike was very helpful and responded quickly when questions arose, he was very easy to work with, he even let us check in a little earlier that our check in which I was so grateful for cause I had drove all night and I was tired! The condo is beautiful and spacious, very welcoming. There is everything one could possibly need during a stay. The master suite is amazing, it has a jacuzzi to relax after a long day at the beach. I personally loved the balcony’s amazing views, I could sit there for hours just enjoying the ocean view and the sound of the waves. I most definitely will be booking with Mike again!

The room is more beautiful than the pictures show with a fantastic view of the ocean off the balcony and the large pond behind the property just out the front door for viewing the fountain/light show each night. The resort had everything one needs and more. We had a couple questions throughout our stay and the host responded immediately each time. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location a very short walk to beach was super convenient with young children also. Our family highly recommends !!!!

A perfect slice of heaven every time we stay at Southern Lights

We have stayed at several of the condos located in Laketown Wharf. However, after staying at the Southern lights condo, we have made this our permanent location when coming to PCB. Mike and his wife are amazing host. I have very high standards about cleanliness and they keep this condo in tiptop condition. They have a closet packed full of beach goodies and a cooler, beach umbrella, beach toys, along with a wagon to take to the beach. They supply bath towels and beach towels. They provide pretty much everything (hand soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, sheets, dishwashing, pods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All you need to do is go to the store to get your food and drinks and pack a speaker for the beach. In my experience, this by far the best condo to stay at if you’re staying at the Laketown Wharf.

Wonderful!

Loved the property! Private access to a beautiful beach was a bonus. Close to all the food & drink you could want. Pineapple Willy’s and Salty Goat Saloon were our favs. Within minutes of shopping at Pier Park & exploring St. Andrews State Park. Mike was a great host and responded to questions immediately. Highly Recommend!!

Can't wait to go back again!

Our family of 6 had the best time! The space is very comfortable, cozy, and clean. Kitchen has all we needed to make meals when we didn't want to go out. Great accommodations of beach wagon, games, etc The beach is really just minutes away and it's beautiful! Lots to do in the immediate area as well for food, shopping, or entertainment. Communication with the host was fantastic! Quick responses to questions and clear directions for easy check-in and check-out. Definitely recommend and plan to go back!

What an amazing olace with 3 bedrooms and everything setup perfectly. There isnt anything you would miss staying here and our best part was even the master bedroom has an amazing view along with living room

Fantastic Stay at PCB

The property was perfectly setup for our stay. The amenities inside the unit were great and met all our needs! The property has everything in close proximity: pools, beach, restaurants, and Walmart for groceries. Mike was a great host and very responsive to all our questions and concerns. We will definitely look to stay here again when in the area.

Mike was very responsive. Beautiful condo!

We were in PCB for a baseball tournament. The condo was very comfortable and well-appointed. Any question I had was answered in minutes by the host, Mike. We spent tons of time at the beach and various pools on the property, We also enjoyed the restaurants onsite. We loved our time at the condo and in PCB!
