An ode to your stylish grandma! This cozy cottage in the heart of Franklin is a perfect home base for your Franklin or Nashville vacation.
Located less than one mile from downtown Franklin, our serene home is flooded with natural light.
Enjoy our curated vintage furniture and art, comfy linens and towels, chic designer lighting, and classic English cottage kitchen.
The backyard features a small fire pit and firewood with automatic dusk to dawn café lights and wooden rockers.

Perfect little cottage near the center of downtown Franklin. Lots of cute shops, farmers market on Saturday, and Perenn’s french bakery – awesome! The host was very responsive, check-in was a breeze, and we had everything we needed!

Such a cute little house in a great neighborhood. Very clean. Well stocked. We stayed here for a music festival nearby and were within a reasonable walking distance to the downtown area. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect place to stay!

It was such a great house for our family with two teenagers and our dog. We were there for a soccer tournament and there was lots of things to do around with good food and shopping! It’s located in a very nice and quiet area, and great that we could be right near downtown Franklin!

Spring Get Away!

Beautiful quiet neighborhood close to the historic downtown and beautiful park to walk your dog. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home is very cozy. Thank you for providing a really nice place to stay in Franklin.

Loved this little home, just 1 short mile from downtown historic Franklin. Located on a quiet street and perfectly situated for a lovely stay for small family or a ground of friends. The only thing we wanted was a slightly larger kitchen table, but the long bar with barstools was perfect for meal prep and assembly and extra seating, as needed. The beds were SUPER comfortable and the street was very nice for evening walks. We would definitely stay here again!

Decent for the price to stay in a desirable location like Franklin. The house was older and some areas were dirty and not very clean. One bed had long hairs found under the sheets and the house smelled moldy. But it did the job for what we wanted.

We loved our stay. Beds were very comfortable and place was just as described. Very impressed with how well stocked the house was as well. I get frustrated when I have to go out and buy basic toiletries, but this house had everything we needed and then some including a delicious, complementary bottle of wine. We will absolutely stay here again!

Quaint, cozy spot in Franklin

Great little home in Franklin. Located in a small, quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to everywhere you want to go. Truly a great spot to stay for couples or groups of friends. Not enough nearby attractions or enough space in/around the house for small families, but would also work well for families with older kids.

Nice quiet cottage

Nice quiet corner lot and neighborhood, perfect for walks, but still close to downtown Franklin. Cottage was clean and well appointed. Overall we had a very nice stay and would return to this house again. Two things of note: the refrigerator was dirty inside and having a curtain on the front door for privacy would be appreciated.
