*Neighborhood Guidelines*

*Be a Good Neighbor*
While the setting is private, we are part of a community. Because Cat Ridge sits in the open countryside where sound travels exceptionally far, we ask that outdoor gatherings remain at a respectful, conversational volume at all times.

*Outdoor Music & Speakers*
Music may not be played on speakers outdoors, and indoor music must not be projected outside the home at any time. Portable Bluetooth speakers, radios, and other sound systems may not be used on the deck, around the firepit, or in outdoor amenity areas.

*Evening Hours*
After 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM, please keep outdoor activity to a minimum and move social gatherings indoors.
Noise-monitoring devices are present around the property to help us monitor sound levels.

*Outdoor Spaces*
Please enjoy the firepit, hot tub, golf area, sauna, and grounds. These amenities are an important part of the Cat Ridge experience; we simply ask that they be enjoyed responsibly and with consideration for the surrounding community.

*Indoor Facilities Only*

Restroom facilities are fully available inside the home at all times.
Outdoor use for this purpose is strictly prohibited.

*Compliance with House Guidelines*
Failure to follow these guidelines, including continued excessive outdoor noise or prohibited outdoor music after notification, may result in termination of the stay in accordance with our rental agreement and booking-platform policies.

Access codes will be distributed prior to arrival.

*Rental Agreement*: Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement and will be requested to provide ID to validate identity (this will be handled via a service called Truvi). Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking. For reservations made less than 48 hours before check-in, the renter agreement must be signed within 4 hours and check-in instructions will not be provided until the renter agreement is signed.

However, Cat Ridge is not an event venue or a space for high-energy outdoor or indoor parties. If your plans include outdoor drinking-game events, all-night cornhole tournaments, speakers or DJ-style music, loud outdoor parties, or other activities likely to create sustained elevated noise, this is likely not the right property for your group.

We warmly welcome groups who want to have a great time while enjoying the property responsibly and respecting the peaceful rural community around us.

A car is highly recommended when staying at Cat Ridge Resort, as the property sits in a peaceful rural area and local attractions—distilleries, small towns, and scenic stops—are spread out across Kentucky’s rolling countryside.

Prefer not to drive? Shuttles, private drivers, and guided bourbon tours are available for groups and can pick you up directly at the property. These options make it easy to enjoy tastings and full-day excursions without worrying about transportation. Its recommended to plan ahead for these services.

Whether you choose to drive yourself or book a tour, getting around is simple and convenient.
