Profitez de notre maison à 2 étages, 5 chambres plus une chambre avec un futon également, décor décoré avec Kentucky Bourbon et Horse Racing. Notre maison est située sur 2,5 acres et sauvegarde jusqu'à Benson Creek. La maison se compose de 3 niveaux. Nous avons une zone clÎturée qui est idéale pour les animaux domestiques ou les petits enfants. Idéalement situé pour visiter Bourbon Tours, les vignobles, les brasseries, les excursions à Keeneland ou à Churchill Downs, au Royaume-Uni / UL / KSU ou pour visiter la capitale.

Le niveau supérieur comprend 3 chambres (la 1Úre chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, la 2Úme chambre a 1 lit queen et la 3Úme chambre a un lit double et un futon) et 1 salle de bain, le salon principal, la salle à manger, la cuisine et les repas zone avec laveuse et sécheuse et demi-bain, le niveau inférieur a 2 autres chambres (4Úme BR a 1 lit queen et 5Úme BR a 1 lit complet) un salon avec un canapé-lit queen size et une salle de bain complÚte.

We were back after staying last year and everything was perfect as expected. The house is very well equipped, has tons of room and the backyard was great for our dog to run.The host is always quickly responsive to any questions or needs. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

Superb Hub for Visiting Distilleries

Heather was a great host! Awesome communications and detailed everything so there were no surprises.The house was very clean, cool bourbon inspired decor, plenty of parking, space inside and outside, sleeping space and eating room. Well stocked kitchen with all of the esentials. We had 5 couples from a bourbon club that came down to do a barrel pick at Whiskey Thief. It was an amazing weekend and the house played a big part in that!

Great accommodations and communication.

The house was nice, roomy, and clean. We needed to communicate with the owners after arriving, and they quickly got back to us. I would highly recommend this place (especially) to groups planning on hitting the bourbon trail.

Great home base for our bourbon trail adventure !

The property was as advertised, providing plenty of space and privacy for our family while being conveniently located to all of our bourbon trail destinations! The house was clean, cozy and exactly what we had hoped for our weekend stay.

I want to live there!!

This house! Beautiful. It was perfect for my husband, friends and I for the weekend- beautiful property took our stresses away! The house is great and everything couldn’t have been better. Check in, cleanliness. I want to go back already!

Beautiful Home and Property

What a great home just outside of town. Peace and quiet for days...We thoroughly enjoyed the large family of whitetails that came by in the evening. Plenty of room for our large group to have their own space and great rooms for gathering. We enjoyed our stay with we trucked along the Bourbon Trail. Thanks for having us!

Veterans Group Stay

A group of 12 Military Veterans came from all over the country. We toured the distilleries and spent time together. This property gave us all the private space each couple wanted as well as large common areas for us to hangout in. The cleanliness of the property was amazing and the amenities were great! Quiet property close to Frankfort and Lexington. Would definitely recommend this property for your large group stay.

Perfect country home

This house was perfect, just as advertised, very roomy and well appointed. A big house in the country only 15 min from town. We enjoyed the deck in the mornings and it was perfect for a cookout. We hope to return in the future.

Large Beautful Home

Nice home, tastefully decorated. Lots of room for many guests. Really liked the fenced in backyard for our dog. It would be nice to have a bedroom on the first level for people with mobility limits. There was no closet in one of the bedrooms and only one of the 4 other bedrooms had a bar and hangers to hang clothes. There were no king beds and only one queen. Two of the beds were so high you need a step stool to get on them. The TV remotes in the bedrooms were hard to figure out. There were no local channels. We adjusted and enjoyed a very beautiful home away from home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our visit to Buffalo Trace Distillary. We were in Frankfort for a large gathering of friends.

Beautiful and spacious home

The home was even better than what was described in the listing. Clean, spacious, and a thoughtful list with activities to do in the area. The backyard had a ton of space with plenty of room for outdoor activities.

Beautiful Home and Wonderful Experience

Everyone was extremely happy with everything at this B&B. It was clean, organized, and beautiful. The owner/ manager kept in contact with us and helped us through any questions we had very quickly. We came home late and left early every night and morning as we were showing and classifying horses at the National Show. After being exhausted daily it was sure nice to have such a wondeful place to rest and relax before another full day of showing began. Thank you so much! I would stay here again any day of the week!!

Great Place to Stay

The house is beautiful and spacious. It easily accommodated all 7 of us. We loved the decor, how comfortable the house felt, how clean and how centrally located it was to everything in Frankfort. If you are looking for a place to stay on the Bourbon Trail, this is the place!
