Located in a prime location with views of South Beach and a slight view of the ocean. The rental has two bedrooms, each bedroom on opposite sides of the unit providing privacy between you and your friends/family! We also have two bathrooms, one attached to the master bedroom. The bright open kitchen is well equipped for cookings or warming up take-out and has a small table for two and a breakfast bar with four barstools. Bright light continues through to the open living room that has a large couch, chair, and cable TV, as well as high-speed WiFi. The rental also has a washer/dryer right in the unit.. Additionally, there is a designated garage parking space on-site that comes free with the rental.

Paige was an excellent host! The location of the apartment is excellent and it's a good size two bedroom for the area. They only reason it's not 5 stars is that a few things were not up to a 5 star standard: some of the deck furniture has literally fallen apart and is unusable, the towels are weathered and the white towels should be bleached (they are cleaned but look quite soiled), and the toilet bowl cleaner tube is rusted out. All are simple fixes that can and should be addressed. Otherwise, a wonderful place. I'd happily stay there again.

Fabulous location!

5 stars for location and communication! The apartment itself is open and bright. There are a few areas that need a refresh, but overall we were very happy with our stay. Would recommend if you’re not fussy on having somewhere immaculate. The garage spot took our dodge Durango.We loved Miami and especially enjoyed a trip to the stadium to watch the Marlins!

Overall was great. Couple of little small things. Trash on balcony and chairs were broke.Inside very clean and cute. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect location! My husband, 2 of our friends & myself stayed inside this space and we enjoyed it. Just the right amount of space( besides 1 room being slightly smaller than we expected but the pull out couch made up for that. There was a issue with the master bath shower and we were unable to use it. We contacted the host and their regular plumber wasn't able, however they offered to send another but we didn't want to be interrupted during our stay so we respectfully declined. The host was very kind enough to offer us an extra day for our troubles which extended our trip and made us even more excited . Definitely will stay again the next time we are in Miami!!

Great location in Miami Beach

The apartment was clean and nice with sparse furnishings. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet. We had an issue with connectivity with the internet, the property manager tried to assist but nothing worked. The digital door lock is slightly tricky, but we kept at it and got it to work each time we left the apartment.

Check-in was quite easy. The place was spotless, and I felt like its pretty well maintained. It's on the 3rd floor, and has an elevator AND an airy stairwell. The small terrace was nice to sit out and overlook the community. We enjoyed our stay, the location was great, and there were plenty of places to grab a bite. I would recommend Maman for breakfast/brunch, and excellent coffee. Stay on Collins for about 3 blocks, same side of street, you'll walk right by it!My only issue or suggestion is to provide cleaner looking towels. My husbands washcloth had mascara stains. I knew what it was and assured him it was clean, but he was not happy about it. Also, the towels and wash clothes need to be changed. They were pretty dingy. Last, I'm big on soft sheets. The down comforter was great, but the sheets were not comfortable.

Huge, quiet area, very updated

Pictures are exactly as the inside shows. Large rental with two private bedrooms with bathrooms and a large common living area off fully equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood but very close to groceries and restaurants. Block and a half direct to beach access. Perfect little outlook deck with seating, railings safe for younger kids. Will be back!

Miami trip

This condo was okay. Upon arrival we had a very difficult time parking. Our vehicle was a Yukon so on the larger size and we definitely had issues trying to park in the very small space. You should mention this in your info. The condo smelled, towel rack was falling off the wall, the sliding door to the balcony did not lock. I understand the need for conserving energy however having the A/C on a timer is not a good idea in Miami heat. I have never given a poor review before but feel

Perfect Beach Getaway

This place is just as advertised. Close to beach and Ocean Blvd. My son and I (he was on HS break) rode bikes, ran, and walked all over South Beach. Yes Dad kept up. SoFi--South of Fifth Ave-- location just felt exclusive. Sidewalks and streets were pristine and the whole area was very outdoor friendly. Just clean, comfortable, and convenient condo. Weather was sunny and 70 the whole time. Couldn't have been better...yes this sounds like an advertisement but I don't care lol--just an awesome visit!

Lack of communication, not available for help

The place wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair in the bed, as if sheets weren't washed. Guest bathroom was dirty, toilet wasn't cleaned. Doors dont operate properly, lock would still open door,even after following locking instructions. Back door does not lock at all. Thermostat doesn't operate properly, unit is either too cold or too hot. Shower valves make water too hot or too cold. Possible scalding could occur. Overall, host was not at all helpful, never answered back when we had questions or issues. Never will we stay with host again. Misleading welcoming email, rude staff, and a very unprofessional experience. When offered to discuss issues before reviewing property, they refused to communicate on any level. Essentially, once they have your money $896 (3days) you are on your own. Also, property is managed by company out of state, so they have no idea of the condition of property before new renters arrive. They advertise local channels, but had 5 remotes, and only one worked, and i was told to stream instead. Overall, the place was unsanitary, staff ignores tenants requests, and security is a major issue. With all our concerns, host chose to ignore every attempt of communicating. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST/COMPANY
