Spacieux deux étages penthouse à seulement un demi pâté de maisons de la plage. Sortez votre porte à une salle de sport en plein air de South Beach, terrains de volley, célèbres bâtiments de néon, des restaurants fantastiques et une vie nocturne animée.
À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez deux suites principales avec chacune un lit queen-size, une télévision à écran plat avec Roku pour Netflix, un bureau et leur propre salle de bains avec une belle douche en travertin dans l'une et une baignoire avec douche dans l'autre. Sortez des chambres sur la vue sur l'océan balcon privé avec une plage idéale et les gens qui regardent la hauteur 4 places table à manger, de détente bancs et une table de bar. Parfait pour le divertissement!
En bas, il y a un salon surdimensionné avec Smart TV 55 "à écran plat, deux canapés en cuir et un confortable lit queen canapé-lit. Profitez du confort supplémentaire d'une laveuse / sécheuse pour vos vêtements, une troisième salle de bains et une cuisine complète avec four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, machine à café, presse française, et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour parfait. Dînez au bar de la cuisine sur deux chaises en cuir pivotants ou à la table à manger 6 places avec plateau en verre de filage pour passer les repas autour. Voilà assez d'espace pour 17 personnes de s'asseoir confortablement, et si cela ne suffisait pas, vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le grand tronc qui détient deux matelas supplémentaires pour un couple plus de gens à dormir. Oui, cela signifie que vous pouvez dormir jusqu'à 8 personnes ici! Il y a même un lit de bébé pour une plus petite vacationer!

If you’re coming to Miami for your boys bachelor trip, this is THE SPOT STAY. Beach is right in the backyard, ton of nightlife, and it’s just absolute perfect spot for the boyz.

Location is excellent. Had a few problems with appliances. But the worst was the bedbugs in one of the bedrooms. Overall, a good experience.

Great stay!
This is a great location to access South Beach nightlife, the beach, and just around the corner from a bus stop. It was nice to enjoy what the area had to offer and walk back rather than take an Uber throughout the day. We spent 3 nights here before heading to the Keys for a week. We enjoyed sitting on the patio area overlooking the street below. We could see the ocean from there too! I gave a 4 star for location/neighborhood only because things got a little crazier after dark. Us old folks (3 couples in our 50s) watched things come to life from above. We are also from a rural area, so we aren’t used to the hustle and bustle of a city. That’s more on us and not the unit. We ran into the owners the one day as they were working on another one of their properties. Very nice people!

We really love South Beach. There's nothing else like it. The water is warm and clean, the sand is soft, and the beach is beautiful. We enjoy bicycling up and down the boardwalk and discovering new restaurants every time we go out. There's always something new. People everywhere, new restaurants, new stores, big events, it's just electric.
It's fun and relaxing to have everything in bicycle or walking distance.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This is a very special find in South Beach. It is very large. It's like living in a house, but you're just steps away from the beach. I enjoy working from the Master Bedroom desk where I can look out at the people playing on the beach. Then when I feel like it, I'll just walk downstairs and across the street and I'm on the beach. Go for a swim, maybe work out at the gym, and walk home to take a nice shower and change. Relax on the couch and watch TV. Get the family together at the large dining room table and eat some fresh fish and stone crab. When we don't want to cook we go for a walk and eat at some of our favorite places like Otentic for amazing French cuisine, Lobster Grill for fresh oysters and lobster rolls, Angler's for a neat vibe and tapas style food, Babylon for Turkish, Safron Mediterranean for low cost great lamb shish kabobs, Moshi Moshi for sushi, or Puerto Sagua for a colada (espresso) and their excellent Cuban lunches, all within just a few blocks of the condo. If you want a great deal head over to Bodega up by Lincoln Mall between 6-8pm for $2 tacos, then cross over to Lincoln Mall and watch a movie. Walk up Collins and over to Española Way and play pool at Lost Weekend or keep walking and enjoy tapas and flamenco at Tapas y Tintos or excellent seafood pasta at Hosteria Romana. The last time we walked home from dinner we ran into Floyd Mayweather coming out of Mango's Cafe across the street. Throughout the year there are big events in South Beach and they are all right in front of our condo. Whether its hanging out with Sports Illustrated swimsuit models, watching Miami models play volleyball, tasting meals from celebrity chefs, enjoying live concerts on the beach, or watching fireworks for the 4th of July and New Years, practically every major event to come to Miami is right at your doorstep.

The size and location of this penthouse make it a very special place. The location is incomparable. You can't get more in the center of South Beach. Everything is right at your doorstep. Head to the beach, go for a swim, wander the boardwalk along and come right back to a comfortable home.
This is a large home. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. Each of the two master suites has its own large bathroom and walk-in closet. They even have desks and Gigabit WiFi so you could spend a week working on the beach.
The balcony is awesome. There's enough room for a dozen people to hang out and enjoy the ocean view or watch the people below. The new Travertine stones feel great underfoot and keep it cool and luxurious in the Summer. You can lounge on the benches or take advantage of the bar height table that lets you enjoy a drink while watching the waves crash at the beach.
The first floor gives you the feel of a complete home.
The living room has a sofa bed that opens to a queen size bed. There are also two twin size designer daybeds that have cushions to make them sofas during the day.
The dining room has a great new table with seating for 4.
The kitchen is also large and open with a full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and more.
There's a even a third bathroom downstairs. It's a great layout.
It is a large, ocean view house, with Internet, large bedrooms, and everything you'd need to be comfortable for as long as you need. And it's dead center in the heart of South Beach. The ideal getaway!
