The house made a great home base. Very close to beach and restaurant's. The condo had everything we needed. It really made for an excellent Miami Beach experience!

This was my first trip to South Beach and we couldn't have picked a better condo. We were able to walk everywhere. The building is dated but aren't all the buildings and isn't that the point of South Beach! The condo was clean and had updated fixtures. The description and pictures are accurate. The host was responsive when we needed additional towels.

If you’re coming to Miami for your boys bachelor trip, this is THE SPOT STAY. Beach is right in the backyard, ton of nightlife, and it’s just absolute perfect spot for the boyz.

Great Location!

We had a great weekend at this property. Kathia was very helpful if we ever had any questions. Very close to the beach (about a 5 minute walk). The property was perfect for our girls weekend get away. Would recommend.

Hello Everyone! This location was great and the description is spot on! You are in the heart of literally everything. I definitely will be staying there again next time! Trips where I don't have to drive ANYWHERE after I check in are the best for me and my friends!

Perfect location! Our host was great and always available to answer any questions we had. The house was perfect for 6 adults and very clean. The balcony was a huge bonus. We were out there often. We were amazed that the host supplied paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, towels, beach towels etc. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. Also had a full closet of beach chairs, a cooler, volleyball.... I love that the host allows guests to leave things behind they couldn't use like sunscreen, spices, coffee..... This house truly has everything! We looked forward to staying again.

Perfect location, helpful hosts!

Stayed here with 8 girlfriends for a bachelorette party, it fit us all perfectly! We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go from the unit, it was really in a great location. Unfortunately we were unable to use the balcony but the hosts graciously offered some money back for the inconvenience and offered to let us use the roof instead. Definitely recommend! We had a great weekend.

A few problems, but it was fine

Location is excellent. Had a few problems with appliances. But the worst was the bedbugs in one of the bedrooms. Overall, a good experience.

Perfect location

Location was perfect and lovely sea views from terrace. Interior was a little tired and facilities lacking. No hanging space for clothes as all cupboards locked. Shower not working in one of bedrooms. If staying for more than a couple of days you would struggle. Despite this still had a great time.

We are sorry to hear you had trouble and wish you would have contacted us for assistance. The shower you refer to is a bath tub shower. To use it you need to pull on the valve under the bath spigot so it will open the water in the shower above. We will be sure to leave instructions for future guests in case they have trouble like you did. We do have one closet locked with our personal items but you are free to use the closet in the other room for hanging clothes, etc. We are always open to suggestions and will be working on updates to the penthouse so that it is as comfortable as possible for all guests.

Great location

Walk-to location with plenty to do without a car. Cafes, restaurants, the beach all a couple of blocks away. Parking was sometimes very difficult and usually pricy (this was during spring break, which lasts a couple of months). Stay was fine except the photos aren’t all accurate (balcony views are from the place next door; there is a bunk bed in the dining room). Beds are comfortable. If planning to work remotely there is no place to work at a desk (balcony hightop shown is actually next door, and dining room table chairs are too low and soft to work at table comfortably. However, most don’t come to South Beach to work!

Bed bugs ate us up

Do not stay here until the place becomes bug free. My poor wife is still covered from head to toe with bed bug bites, which required medical attention and caused extensive discomfort. We did communicate this to landlord. No refund, apology, or sympathy offered. Renter beware.

During the 5 days of your stay you did not mention any problems and only told us you were very happy. We take pests very seriously. Our mattresses are enclosed in zippered bed bug proof mattress protectors. Our property is inspected and fumigated monthly by professional exterminators. Nevertheless, when you told us this much later after you had checked out, we immediately requested an inspection and preventative treatment. The beds were disassembled and thoroughly treated. The exterminators sent us video and pictures to ensure us that there were no bed bugs anywhere. As can be seen from the happy reviews of subsequent guests, this is not an issue and we will continue with our enhanced cleaning and pest control measures to make sure it never becomes one.
