Located in one of the best parts of East Nashville, this apartment is located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and a stone's throw from some of the best restaurants in East Nashville!
This is a private apartment above our garage within our house. You will access the apartment through a private side door and walk through the garage, then up the stairs to the private apartment. The apartment is very spacious. We are sure you and your guests will feel very comfortable in our space.

Lovely, spacious accommodation. perfect place to stay, all conveniences of home. Everything you need for a pleasant stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants. We traveled with a pet and came in town for a conference. Comfortable beds, nice sheets, tvs. Very lovely stay, the owner was very accommodating, and easy to get in contact with about anything. Definitely recommend, would stay here again.

Concert weekend

I stayed here with my step daughter for a weekend of concerts and hanging out. This apartment is cute, comfortable, well detailed and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again

Great Rental!

The home has an apartment that was TERRIFIC! Easy access, nice neighborhood, 15 min from downtown... no traffic if you take the "scenic route". LOVE this spot. Already recommended to a friend.

Perfect East Nashville space and location

This property was exactly what we needed! Close to all the great spots in East Nashville, super clean, spacious and safe. The beds were incredibly comfy as well - a problem we tend to have with other rentals we've stayed in.

Perfect!

This little place could not have been a better choice for our short stay! Highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Nashville! We happened to have 3 birthdays in our party and they even had balloons decorating the table for us!!! Such a wonderful welcome! Thank you! The only downside for some travelers that I could see was the amount of stairs in the unit, which can’t be helped! It’s also about a 20 minute drive to downtown, we only went once so that was fine for us. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe as well. Loved the little cul-de-sac setting. Thanks again!

I met my beautiful wife on a flight from Colombo to Abu Dhabi. She is the love of my life and together we love to ski, hike, run, workout, go to concerts, travel the world and everything in between. We have the cutest pup Duke, a miniature Australian Shepard who loves to play as much as we do. He’s a little young now, but we are sure he will love the outdoors life with us. We also have a 16 month old son that loves adventure just as much as his parents :)

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Though we are only minutes from downtown Nashville, our neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We are located 3 minutes from Shelby Park and the Shelby Golf Course. The golf course is public (and very inexpensive) in the event you'd like to get a round in!
In addition, we are located less than a mile from Jeni’s Ice Cream (the best around), Rose Pepper Cantina (amazing Mexican restaurant), Grill Shack (best burgers and fries in town) and plenty of other great East Nashville hot spots!
