The house was clean and located ideally for the purpose of our trip. The coffee maker is a Keurig so make sure you bring k-cups. Overall excellent experience!

Great place near everything

Condo was clean updated and perfect for our family. Amenities are fun - pool, jacuzzi, game room. Excellent spot in the white mountains. This was our 2nd stay here. There are carts and elevators making unpacking very fast and easy. The host was great checked in a few times and was very responsive. Great trip great place to stay!

just a weekend visit here for a graduation party, so we spent very limited time at the rental but we had no issues whatsoever

A very nice clean house with ample parking and a large yard. One suggestion for the owner is to clarify what type of coffee maker is provided, as we bought ground coffee with us but it is a Keurig. Alternatively providing the Keurig pods and a salt and pepper shaker would be ideal..

This home was exactly as described. We were so comfortable in the home with all of the extras provided, it was easy to drive to everything we wanted to go to, and after a snowstorm we were cleaned out first thing in the morning!

Comfortable, Functional, Affordable

The property is comfortable, functional and affordable. It is between Saratoga Springs and Lake George with a 20 minute commute to either one. If you want to avoid their high prices this is a great alternative. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Minimalist. Stayed Monday thru Friday. Not a full roll of TP and 3 sheets of paper towels. No back ups. No hand towels other than one hanging in bath. Towels were sub par. Only fitted sheet on beds and thin comforter, no top sheet.Neighborhood was nice and quiet with a great walking trail off East Road.Good parking, we had a trailer in tow.Had an issue with storm door not closing, some one came out right away to fix.No back ups of anything. (Trash bags, TP, Papertowels, towels.) Had to make your own ice, two trays available. Toaster not working. Needs a womans touch. Close to Lake George but traffic can be an issue after 3pm. Good restaurants near by.

Short but lovely visit!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The host had great communication and we felt so welcomed - our senior pet was very happy as well. Had it been cooler weather we would have taken advantage of the big backyard and grill- but the air conditioning kept the entire home so cool and comfortable we were very happy to stay inside and read in the comfy beds. We were even able to walk to the grocery and some restaurants- it’s surprisingly close by! Thank you so much, Fitzroy!

It got us out of the rain

It was ok, there was no coffee maker. ( a huge disappointment) The basement where the washer and dryer was located was a little sketchy. Bathroom was clean, beds were really soft,( they need new mattresses) kitchen was ok. Over the years we have stayed at nicer VRBO's for less money

Upon arrival we were happy to see the exterior of the home as pictured and in a nice neighborhood. Once we were inside that changed. First appearance it was a cute house, until we started unpacking. The floors were sticky, kitchen had dead flies. Opened dishwasher, dirty dishes inside, bowl covered in dog hair. Dirty cup in cabinet, dirty ice cube trays. We wiped down the kitchen before continuing. Spent time on my hands and knees cleaning floors, a lot of dirt. Sat down in living room, our clothes were covered in dog hair. Cleaned the couches best we could. House had very musty smell from basement, which was covered partially by the air freshener plug ins in every room. There was quite a bit more. Texted the host but he was not as quick to respond with complaints. After check out we tried to discuss with host but was not very sympathetic nor willing to compensate in any way, as we asked the cleaning fee to be returned. Also, we had messaged the host several times trying to get our large damage deposit returned to us. Finally he responded it was up to Vrbo not him. Vrbo states that the host sets parameters on their profile on when to return it, up to 14 days. Yes, we waited entire 14 days. All in all let’s just say after we left, the house was a lot cleaner than when we arrived. Tried to upload several photos but wouldn’t let me.

Disappointing

The house was clean and only had the very basic essentials needed. Nothing over as in decorations, lamp in LR or even coffee table to set drinks on. The reason we wouldn’t stay again: 1) No cable Or satellite. You have to use your sign on to get any Roku. If you don’t have Roku, your out of luck with any TV. 2) Only toilet in house you cannot use any flushable wipes. They even want you to put dirty toilet paper in trash. Also flusher is on front of toilet, so if you sit back it starts flushing. 3) There are garbage cans outside, however they make you take your own trash with you. Trying to find a place to dump was ridiculous while on vacation. 4) only one hand towel for entire house. We had to go out and purchase more. Those are the major issues which were pretty significant. If they would fix these the issues, it wouldn’t be a bad place for the cost. Its also a modular home.

Pictures looked cute, but home was more dated than shown. Only 3 towels in the entire house and no additional linen as stated. House was semi-clean at initial check-in, but many areas were untouched (Ceiling fan blades as in the photo for example). Furniture not very comfortable. We needed a pet-friendly place in a hurry that was relatively inexpensive for a short time so we picked this one, but had it not been for other circumstances and already paying for it - we would have left to find another place to stay. Very disappointed.
