Real Escapes Properties est heureux d’offrir cette maison unique, à quelques pas de l’océan et à quelques pas du Pier Village. Big Oak on Butler présente un intérieur coloré et ludique et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour des vacances réussies! Il comprend un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine, un comptoir, une grande terrasse, une buanderie et une petite pièce refuge avec un lit simple. La maison est bien aménagée avec 3 télévisions, un gril à gaz et un accès Internet sans fil. Il se trouve à quelques pas des restaurants locaux, des magasins, du parc Neptune, de la piscine et du terrain de jeux de la communauté. La cheminée est décorative seulement. L'occupation maximale est de 6. Aucun animal de compagnie n'est autorisé.

Great visit!

The house was comfortable, clean, and close to the Village, which allowed us to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I'd stay there again anytime!

We Went On a Cruise and Ended Up At St Simon Island

We loved the great location of this house. We could just walk all over the downtown area and the beach and pier. We did drive to other areas, but some days we didn’t need a car.The house was decorated beyond what you can imagine. I was continually finding new items that I hadn’t seen before. The house had great space for our group. The bedrooms were all great and worked for our group. We really appreciated the 3 1/2 bathrooms. The WiFi worked great along with the AC and heat. (We needed both.) Washer & dryer were great.

The house is in an ideal location for walking to restaurants and shops and is beautifully decorated with interesting artwork and antiques. It's a very comfortable place with everything we needed for our stay. We have loved SSI for many years and will be back!

Quirky house, but very comfortable!

I think it would take several stays to actually see all the decorations in the house. Very comfortable stay. Within walking distance to the pier and main drag. Great crabbing from the pier. We’ll probably be back!

Fun family experience!

We had a great time. The house is perfect and the location was great. Easy to walk to the beach, restaurants or shopping. This property is very spacious and had everything we needed, right down to puzzles, cards and a book with jokes and riddles. If you are traveling with friends or family, this house is perfect. We loved it!
