Perfect getaway

Great location and very clean nice place. Spacious and had everything we needed for the weekend. Walkable to downtown and a few restaurants within a few blocks. We had a great weekend and would rent this place again.

We liked it so much, we came back a 2nd year! 3rd floor was better with balcony/views. Only 2 things we would suggest: 1. Salt & pepper available for use 2. More stemmed glasses

TC Visit

All Good. Water Heater temperature low, and after 2 people it gets cold. Other 2 people got colder water. Very bad experience. Lotion , body soap etc containers small. Waste of plastic and inconvienience. Suggest putting bigger containers. More pots and pans. Potato peeler missing. Nice location and clean place. Hope feedback helps.

July 4th Vacation

First, the property and location are amazing. Our family had never been to Traverse City and it didn't disappoint. Everything with the condo itself was great. We had plenty of room for our family of four and the quality was impeccable. The only issue we had was with the parking. When we arrived, someone was parked in our spot. Later on in the day, we were able to move our vehicle into the spot only to have it taken later after we left for dinner. I contacted the property managers regarding the issue and was told they would contact the renters of the unit who were taking our spot and would either text or call me back with the resolution. I followed up with an email and picture for their records and to let them know that this renter was actually taking three spots. I heard nothing back. I heard nothing back...ever. Eventually the renters left and we were able to get our spot back. Keep in mind, it's July 4th weekend/week and street parking is very limited in TC due to the crowds coming in for the festival. A call back would have been the least that could have been done by the property manager. This condo is very nice but not inexpensive. Part of the rent is for the parking spot which I did not get to use for nearly half of my stay. Certainly, when it's not quite as busy this is a minor issue. Overall, I would recommend this property but do so knowing that if there is any issue the property management company may not be a reliable resource to solve the problem
