This unit also has it's own dedicated covered parking spot which means your car will stay comfortable even during the hot summer months!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath ''home away from home'' offers a true escape.

* A relaxing theater experience with a new 65' 4K High Definition Samsung TV with sound bar.

* A complete Xbox 360 system with two controllers and games.

* A sumptuous Tempur-Pedic king-sized mattress in the master suite with a Gulf view and balcony access.

* A ''cook friendly'' kitchen fully stocked - featuring NEW granite countertops, stainless appliances and glazed-finish maple cabinets.

* We also manage three adjacent Island Princess condos (612, 614 and 615) if you need to plan for a large gathering or special event like a wedding, family reunion, or graduation celebration.

You'll enjoy HDTV's and DVD players in all rooms, along with the playful tropical style furniture with cheerful red and yellow accents. Many ''extra touches'' to complete your stay, such as board games and beach-friendly books. In addition, you receive free beach service during the months of March through October.

When I did need to speak to someone before my stay that person was very nice and helpful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was one of the best we have used. It was very clean and comfortable. It had a great master suite bath. Two recommendations are to provide a user friendly instruction card for use of tv. I didnt know how to use the remote. Haven’t used cable since the moon landing. And replace the washer and dryer unit. Extremely loud. Otherwise a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is amazing high in furnishings not your normal vacation condo they go the 2nd mile to make it exceptional! All New furnishings and decor! Management company does an excellent job in communicating when the unit is ready to check in, not Mike most management companies where you cannot check in till 4 PM Cory and his staff is amazing. Keep up the good work guys.!

A Month at the Beach

The condo was very well furnished and just as importantly, the view was perfect. We will check with Legacy again for our next vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was miserable. From 7am until 4/5pm everyday the whole building would shake from the jackhammering that was going on. It was not a pleasurable week of accommodations at all. I was not informed of any construction going on when I booked my stay or I’d have stayed elsewhere.
