Conveniently located less than 2 miles from the Highlands Golf Course at Fisher Mountain and three miles to Long Mountain General Store. Brandywine, Franklin, and Upper Tract are located within 10 miles. Pendleton County offers tourist attractions for day trips such as Brandywine Lake, Dolly Sods, Seneca Rocks, Nelson Rocks, and Spruce Knob. Enjoy country living while being within traveling distance to various attractions. Canaan Valley Resort and Snowshoe Mountain Ski Resort are approximately two hours traveling time away. The house is located on an active sheep and commercial turkey farm.

Loved our WV Stay!

Great location, just outside the small town. Nice little home, clean and great night sky views from deck. Great communication with owner.

Wonder home in a beautiful location

We stayed with our grandchildren for a trip to Cass The home was very clean and very nicely maintained. Check in was a breeze and the home was very comfortable. I would recommend this home if your staying in the area. We would definitely rent again. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Great Place to Stay and Unwind

The property is excellently maintained and the hosts could not be more accommodating. Quiet, clean and easily accessible. Like staying with favorite family. We will definitely be back every chance we get.

Perfect getaway

Johnny and Nicole's rental is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Check in was a breeze, the house was immaculate and the owners are very accommodating. It was great to wake up and enjoy my coffee while watching the sheep in the field on the side of the house. I will definately be visiting again!!

Fishing Trip

The house provided plenty of space within 15 minutes of several of our favorite fishing spots. Despite the rainy weather, we still had a great time!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at Meadow View July 15, 2024. I give them a perfect rating! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable. Beautiful scenery and perfect location. We even had a visit from a skunk family! Can't wait to come back and have a longer stay.

Cute with Country

I chose to stay for work purposes and enjoyed the quiet, relaxing scenery. I felt safe, the house was clean, and had every kitchen accessory I would have needed to cook. I wish I would have stay during pool season, it looked so inviting.

Disconnect

I brought my family here along with our Dog. It was a much needed unplug weekend for us. We spent the day's driving up and down the mountains viewing all the farms and gorgeous landscape. Go to T&K market to stock up on supplies. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals. George Washington National Forest is right up the street. If you are looking for time away from the city this is a nice choice.

Came for the stars.

We wanted to see the Quadrantids meteor shower and needed a darker location than home. We look for a house well away from any cities but also that has no trees near it to block the telescope. This house was perfect! The house was clean, well appointed, and easy to find. Franklin is less than 15 minutes away and has anything you might need. We went up to Reddish Knob on the suggestion of our waitress and it was amazing. You can see the entire Shenandoah valley from up there. Just don't let your GPS try and route you through the NSA listening post, go past it and take Reddish Knob Road.
