As you step into our contemporary 7th-floor condo, you’ll be greeted by a beachy chic theme and all the comforts of home! You’ll have a well-equipped kitchen with the appliances and essentials needed to prepare basic meals at home, plus the essentials for your morning, like a coffee maker and toaster! There’s a two-seater breakfast bar for dining indoors or even working on your laptop! There’s dining on the covered terrace, too, for dining or working with a view!



The private terrace with marina and sea view is accessed directly through the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. These doors provide a lot of light during the day and offer a cheerful environment along with gorgeous views!



The living room has plush sofa seating and a wall-mounted TV to enjoy downtime at home. When it’s time to relax and rest for the night, you’ll find the bedroom with a queen-sized bed, quality linens, nightstands and lamps on both sides, a stunning marina view, AC, a ceiling fan, and blackout shades.



The full bathroom has fresh towels and some bath essentials to get you started. It is also beachy-themed, with a seashell mirror, pedestal sink, and a tub/shower combo for freshening up after the beach or water adventures.



Of course, you’ll have WiFi for remote work if needed.



Our Marena is so close to Villa Marina that you can walk to it for incredible water adventures and day trips to Icacos, Palominos, Culebra, and more. You’ll be just minutes away from Las Croabas, Seven Seas Beach, and Gastronomy Highway, with top island restaurants, Bioluminescent Bay tours, and snorkeling charters.

The Neighborhood:

The condo is a short walk from Villa Marina in the eastern region of Fajardo, known for water sports and Gastronomy Highway, with its plethora of some of the best restaurants on the island! Explore nearby points of interest like Las Croabas, Seven Seas Beach, and Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve, with bioluminescent Laguna Grande and a colonial-era lighthouse. Via ferry, explore the nearby islands of Icacos, Palominos, Culebra and Vieques.



Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), approximately 50 miles (80 kilometers) away, or roughly an hour's drive, depending on traffic conditions.

- The apartment is on the 7th floor. There is an elevator in the tower.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No smoking of any kind inside or outside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules results in a $500 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Occupancy and noise limits are strictly enforced. Fines can reach up to $1,000 per violation. Please respect the neighbors.

- Lost key replacement fee is $300.

- Additional charges will be incurred for lost or damaged towels (due to makeup or other stains) and damaged or missing bed sheets.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Pool Hours 9am / 9pm

- Common area rules and hours must be respected.

Great view, but...

The view is wonderful and the location is conveniently close to all the Puerto Rico things. There's no A/C in the main living areas, so it got pretty stuffy during our mid-July visit. Also, the provided check-in instructions were wrong, and no one answered the number provided in the listing. We had to use the VRBO messaging to get it resolved, which was kind of a drag after a day of travel.
