This was a great little place for a football weekend ..so close to campus. Suggest putting heating and cooling instructions in the onsite book as it was a bit confusing but figured it out without bothering our host who was so responsive! Very clean, everything worked, TV does not get local channels. Thanks for a nice stay!

We were very pleased with this house! The kitchen had a nice stove and a full sized refrigerator. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We will stay here again!

Nice place, very clean, the only small problem we had was the there was no central a/c and heatng , the bathrooms shower was kinda small and the bathroom door wouldn't stay shut , other then that the host was really friendly, quick to responding , i would totally recommend staying here!

Perfect Location, Price and Very Comfortable Bed

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just 0.4 miles from our son’s house, which made it so convenient for our 5-day visit. The cozy duplex had everything we needed and more. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got great rest each night, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything necessary for cooking, though we didn’t use it much this time. It’s nice to know it’s ready for future stays since I usually enjoy cooking while traveling. Both my husband and I worked during our stay, and the dedicated desk area with a comfortable office chair was a fantastic bonus. It made it easy to stay productive and added to the overall comfort of the space. The property was clean, quiet, and felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect space for us, and we’ll definitely be back for our next visit. Highly recommend!

Old, ugly neighbourhood. Lightbulbs flickered in bedroom. Kitchen sink faucet dripped. Only one air conditioner could be on because the house wiring couldn’t handle it. Fence boards were broken. There was no outdoor trashcan. Front porch badly needs handrail. We never had these problems with Air B&B. This guy doesn’t know what it takes. Never again.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience, though I’d like to provide some important context for future readers. Upon arrival, this guest was upset due to losing access to their VRBO account. For the safety and privacy of all guests, I required that they recover their original account rather than communicate through an unrelated one. To assist, I provided my direct phone number so that any issues could be reported and resolved promptly. Unfortunately, no concerns about flickering lights, a leaky faucet, or other maintenance items were ever brought to my attention during the stay. Had I been notified, I would have arranged same-day repairs, as I always strive to ensure my guests are comfortable. While the property is located in an established neighborhood, it is accurately represented in the listing photos and description. The home is professionally cleaned and maintained between stays, and the majority of my guests enjoy their experience here. I take all feedback seriously and will review the items mentioned to ensure they are addressed. My goal is always to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for every guest.
