Great place to stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at this location. The beds were super comfortable and the house was clean and maintained. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit my son.

The house was lovely — clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It was close to the university which was our main goal. However (and this is not any fault of the host) the neighbors have several dogs who bark throughout the night. I know the host cannot control this which is why I still gave 5 stars.

Perfect Stay

This place is perfect for a stay when visiting Lubbock. Super close to Tech. The house is in. A quiet neighborhood and the inside is just perfect. We especially loved the back room right off the kitchen. It was cozy and led to a fun family time. Would definitely stay here again!!

Cozy house

I recommend this cozy house. It is clean and organized, and it has a family room that is perfect for relaxing time at the end of the day. Price convenient...I will keep it for my next visit to my daughter.

Nice home, disruptive neighborhood

The home was nice! Owners went out of their way to add neat little touches. Was sufficient for our stay. However, the neighborhood was disruptive and affected our stay. The neighbors to have bright flood lights that are on all night, causing the bedrooms to be VERY bright all night. A couple of the nights were disrupted by loud music from neighbors at 1 a.m. and barking dogs all night.

Surprised to find there werent three sleepable rooms, only two of the rooms have beds. Not a deal breaker just not what we expected. Very cute clean house.

Extra Family Room - And - Travel Worker Space

We LOVED our 8 night Stay here! Extra private family room with door for privacy - I used it as my WFH office during the day, because I had to directly plug into wifi for job. Only downfall was during our daily walk in the neighborhood. We encountered some stray dogs that came after us and we were lucky enough to have some pepper spray to ward them off. Shocked to find that there wasn't a toaster. Back family room closet has an inflatable bed that sleeps 2 people, and a portable baby bed. Host has provided bedding for both.

Smaller than expected

The listing advertised “sleeps 6” and originally listed 3 beds. After I contacted the host that there were only two beds and the couch did not pull out, they acted like we could sleep 6 in two queen size beds. Did not offer to make it right so we will do something different next time. I travel a lot and it’s not worth getting a VRBO if the host is not accurate on accommodations.
