The recently remodeled Beachhome has 3 large bedrooms, a gorgeous kitchen and Livingrm overlooking the ocean, updated bathrooms and the most amazing ocean views of any condo in the area. You will love this extra-large end unit with a private balcony in the LR, 2 private balconies in the bedrooms and windows on 3 sides. Picture romantic evenings having dinner on the balcony and gazing at the ocean or visit one of the near-by restaurants.
Start a new family tradition and come during the off-season; no large crowds so you can make your celebration unforgettable. Have your morning coffee (or your favorite drink) on the balcony, while you read a good book, catch the sun rising over the ocean, watch the dolphins, OR check-out the beautiful city skyline. Beautiful view of the Atlantic and the Boardwalk out the front and from the bedrooms a gorgeous view of the boats. You can see both the sun rise and set from this condo! Very clean!

Nice place but the roaches (palmetto bugs) we not fun. Live ones on the back patio and the master bedroom patio, and a couple dead ones inside. View was amazing, beds were very comfortable. The place was very well equipped. We had to buy dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher, but everything else was there. Check in and check out procedures were very easy and outstanding communication from owners.

The entire stay was amazing! The property was clean, spacious, modern and in a prime location that was close enough to the hustle and bustle but not too close. The owners were amazing! They were very responsive and welcoming!

Amazing Condo

Had an amazing stay with family and 2 small kids. Its location is wonderful, right on the boardwalk, steps from the beach, and a block from the beach playground. Close to many shops and restaurants as well. There was plenty of storage space and seating for our family of 4 and 2 small kids. It had everything we needed! Pots, utensils, paper products, beach chairs, etc. And finally, the decor was beautiful! You can really tell Regina and Phil put thought and care into their place. We're already thinking about planning next year's trip in this same location.

Softball Tournament

The property was beautiful and perfect for our stay with another softball player and her parents. The owners were very responsive and helpful in all aspects. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a 3 bedroom in VA Beach.

Clean and comfortable, very nice condo with a great view of the ocean and beach. Whole building was nice and clean. Several nice and affordable, for vacation, restaurants only a few minutes walk away. If you are a Navy fan this is a great place to stay, right east of the Navy Air Station Oceana so lots of F18 fly overs during the day, not too loud at night.

You have the choice of looking out at the ocean or at the boats in the inlet. It was great having the beach just steps away. We enjoyed our stay.

Spring break 2025

We had a fantastic time at Joshua2! Beautiful condo with beautiful views. Check-in involved a few steps but instructions were very clear and we had no issues. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and everything was incredibly clean upon arrival. The only negative was the wi-fi, which was quite spotty, but this didn’t deter from our wonderful experience.

Lovely

Everything was just as we hoped. Unit was very quiet, clean and homey. Plenty of room for a pop up crib and everyone’s personal items. Kitchen had all the amenities that we needed and more. View from the balcony was beautiful. The kids loved the pool which was also very clean and warm. We would absolutely book again.

Excellent stay

Enjoyed our stay with our kids (teens and college age). Very clean. Well furnished. If you forgot anything, chances are they had it for you. Beds comfortable and linens great. Enjoyed how close to the beach. Pool was nice. Description spot on and communication was great. Check in very smooth. Would definitely book it again.

Wonderful stay!

I have stayed in a number of VRBO's, and I would have to say that this one was one of the best we have stayed at. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the minute we walked in. The check in process was easy and fast. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. He gave us a lot of information about the area. The condo had everything we needed from the super nice appliances and lots of dishes and cooking equipment, down to the loufas set out in the shower for us to use. The condo info book was also very helpful for our stay. Not to mention, the 3 balconies give you amazing views of the sunset, sunrise, ocean and surrounding area from both sides of the condo. The value for the views, location to the beach and shopping areas that was large enough to fit my entire family was unbeatable as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Great holiday

Thanksgiving was a peaceful time of the year to visit Virginia Beach. The condo was lovely and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and Saran Wrap/foil (we brought our own but it was nice t have available. The host was very responsive to my questions when we first arrived. Front desk was kind and helpful.

Fantastic!

Very nice, clean and updated property. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the dolphins and the sunrise. Saw a sunset out the back balcony too! This was for a 'girls' trip. could easily accommodate couples and/or a family.
