Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5
*********$500 Refundable Security Deposit is required at check in*********

This place is a scam

Other than having basically no kitchen utensils or appliances, the unit looked nothing like the pictures. The level of digital rendering is just absurd and honestly borders morality. Building was very let down (1 elevator was not working). Only highlight I would say was proximity to beach

Great size - I had to get use to towel exchange- 1 per person each exchange

No extra pillows was the only problem … Children’s play area needs to be cleaned …climbing wood jungle gym had bolts missing & wood loose but …. Unit was a great size , clean , great location , clean pool , great dining restaurant on site Fri-Monday up to 6 pm then the tiki bar opens with food Fri- Monday ( ck days )

Does not look like the pictures at all!

This was absolutely the most basic room we've ever stayed in. Looked nothing like these pictures. There were zero decorations. No pictures, no plants, no tvs. Pretty bad, but luckily we only had to stay there one night

Very poor kitchen 3/10

The kitchen was very limited in terms of utensils. The coffee cups were too small. Not even a single frying pan. No sharp knives.No paper towels. I rated the kitchen 3/10 . I would not rented again myself.

Disappointed in this stay. Check in was a hassle. Many items missing that were needed such as towels, blankets. No hair dryer that worked. Refrigerator was broke & needed repair day 1. Unit is old. Need more furniture to allow people to enjoy balcony. Building needs to be cleaned inside. Dirty walls, floors & old. Outside is deteriorating as well. Crews working on another unit were there in mornings & very loud. Would not return to this place.
