The unit was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. Plenty of space to be comfortable for me, my husband, elderly mother in law, and our children age 1 and 3. There was even a pack-and-play in the closet. Yes some very minor wear and tear from age such as peeling veneer on cabinets but nothing at all noticeable or problematic- I was expecting worse based on other reviews. The hotel itself is beautiful too, and you can walk right out the back door to the pool and the beach. There are beach toys for guests to use in a bin by the pool. You can rent umbrellas and chairs at the beach. Staff was kind and welcoming. The mandatory valet parking is an extra cost but a nice luxury. The convenience store in the hotel was also well stocked with the essentials, including groceries, which was so helpful with the kids. We will definitely try to book the same unit when we come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Place was clean and we had a nice time. Pools were nice and beach access right out front was great. Staff responsive to email. Unit is dated and beat up. Building has a long wait for elevators. Heads up, you get your pool towels from the unit and carry down. You have to pay for chairs on the beach daily. The food at the tiki hut bar is not the best but acceptable. Overall, we had a great stay.

There was mold & mildew in the closet next to bedroom with 2 beds. Decorative pillows had stains & cigarette burns. The floors were so dusty that it turned your feet or socks black. Damage on bottom of bathroom door. Tile grout very dirty (black). Called the rental number & asked to talk to someone & no one called me back. Would NEVER stay here again.

Very helpful staff. The weather was unseasonably cold and they delivered an extra heater to us within half an hour. Apartment was clean and well kept.Great overall experience.

The location is great and the building has a great pool and beach. The apartment is dated, and while clean, there’s chipped paint and mildew. The elevators are horrible!!

The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. The balcony was a plus. The beach access was ideal although on several occasions the “green” elevator key; which I would assume would work on the beach gate didn’t and we had to ring the bell; albeit everyone in the party tried w/o success. Speaking of the beach; the umbrella and chairs listed in the amenities was less than par. The umbrella has multiple broken arms and the chairs should indicate “sand” chairs; the description being misleading to think you got chairs and umbrella from the beach (surprised with an extra fee & Being 60 yrs of age has its disadvantages with getting up off the ground). The king size bed was reported to be comfortable and the room with the two queens the queen on the left the springs were felt to be popping through. Overall, we had a good time.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, direct beach access. Having two hot tubs and two pools, one for the adults and one for families was great. The bar offers food and drink service at the pool and beach. The unit served our family of 4, with two adult children, well. It is a little dated, but was well represented in the listing.

We had a great stay. Beds were comfortable. The only thing is the kitchen was not very equipped for cooking. But good if you are just want drinks and coffee etc. But we made it work. Over all had a great time!

Best location right on the beach. The pools and facilities are well maintained. But I had a hard time to contact with the host with my concern. Overall, this place is wonderful.

If you want a fairly economical way to enjoy Miami Beach, then this is it. Property amenities were very nice, proximity to the beach was spot on, and overall vibe was good. The actual condo is somewhat dated and has wear, but it is priced accordingly, so don’t go in expecting perfection. Condo floors were not super clean
 first hour barefoot and my feet were dirty. If you plan on cooking, bring your own pots and pans and seasonings. Glassware and plates sufficient in the condo. Correspondence was a little difficult
I asked about 6 questions before arrival and only half were answered. When they say NO beverages and snacks allowed to be brought into pool area, they mean it. Also, they DO NOT provide you with any beach chairs, you have to rent them. As long as you are aware of these things and plan accordingly, it is a nice stay.

Accurate listing, clean, easy checkin at condo. I wish I would have parked in lot next door instead of paying for valet, but valet was great. WiFi didn’t work.

Wonderful service.

We recently stayed at this apartment and really enjoyed the location and the supreme service at this location. Everything worked very well and was just what we needed to relax. Everything was well maintained and clean. We have also stayed at other properties in other buildings next to this one which were extremely disappointing, so we are extremely happy that this one was very good.

Nice room for a family

The room had plenty of space for a family. With 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms seperated by a common area was great for several people. The pools were nive as well with easy access to the beach

The staff was great, location was great but the room itself was very dated. Outside of that the room didn't feel clean. There were stains and ants and sand everywhere. There was cigarette butt's on the balcony along with the balcony furniture being dirty enough to mark up our clean clothing. There was holes in the walls covered with furniture. Just all around not the greatest. I think one of the funniest complaints my kids made was that they provide 1ply toilet paper in a 5 star price range! That being said I know every unit is different and I saw other complain about smell and air-conditioning. Our air conditioning in 511 was great though what they have considered the primary bedroom did get stuffy at night and our unit had no bad smell. It was a mixture of salty air and the air freshener they use. The other large upset was that you could not take your own drinks to the pool. I was told I could not take my kids cup outside and when traveling with kids drinks and snacks get expensive. If they hadn't charged my husband over $35 dollars for 1 single cocktail and a juice it wouldn't have been so bad but you can tell they're looking to make a dollar anywhere and when your drink are in stainless steel cups or non breakable tumblers those should be permitted at the pool deck.

Liked the pool area and valet staff were very friendly and brought car timely. Property needs updating especially the bathrooms. Floor in one of the bedrooms needs to be replaced.
