House was very clean. Owners have the house fully stocked with everything you'll need whether your a big family on a vacation, or just a couple on getaway. Pool table and Ping-pong table were fun. Plenty of kayaks to use on the river. House is on the water and close to all major shopping centers. Gulf beaches are within a 20 minute ride. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property! Beds were so comfortable! Lots of amenities - fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Kayaks and lifejackets and even waterproof camera bags provided. We ventured down to Hospital Hole and saw lots of manatees! We can confirm that the heat works since it was a winter cold snap during our stay. Would definitely return!

The house was quite spacious, allowing everyone ample personal room. We particularly enjoyed the game room on the lower level. Accessing the river for kayaking presented a slight challenge on occasion, but it was generally manageable. The beds provided a comfortable rest. We appreciated the convenience of having televisions in each room.

Lots to do at this vacation home!

Great stay at Weeki Wachee!

House was very well equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets. Short paddle to Hospital Hole. Saw manatees in the canal and in the river! Very comfortable and relaxing space!

House was super cute and clean! Location is great- easy access to groceries etc but also only down the road from Roger’s Park. Plenty of kayaks for our group of eight with perfectly organized life jackets and paddles. Drop in at the dock was also nice and easy. Kitchen had everything we needed for dinners in - It was such a lovely stay!

Good times on the River!

We really enjoyed our stay in the rental. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed taking the kayaks and paddleboards out to the river several times durning our stay. Very quick access to the river from the house. The game room was a great bonus. Thanks for sharing your home!

Fun with Fam

The sleeping accommodations were comfortable for all. However the living room was not. The couch was big but turned in such an angle that really only one person can sit on it to watch TV. And I would suggest some blinds in the living room and kitchen because when the sun comes up you are blinded. We did have a hard time getting in and out of the kayaks. It just didn't seem like there was an easy way to get in and out. The sports room was fantastic! We loved playing pool and ping pong together. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

We chose to face the long couch towards the water and view of nature. If we had chosen the other wall to mount the TV, the screen would have been roughly smaller. We installed an XL big-screen TV in the living room, primary bedroom, and sports room. As well, as a smaller flat screen in the room with the twin beds.Regarding the kayaks, we enter through the stairs leading into the water. We installed those stairs for that purpose.Glad you loved the sports room. It is one of our favorite spaces.Thank you for taking such good care of our home. We do hope you will come back and stay with us again."
