Relax with the whole family in this spacious, well appointed, quiet and private, four bedroom home in desirable Eastern Tucson, AZ. All bedrooms have smart tv's as well as the main living room for you to use your entertainment apps on WIFI. Home, baths and kitchen fully stocked, coffee tea & waffles. Laundry. Ample parking. Private back yard with a sparkling pool (NOT heated) Pool servicing is Weekly/bi-wkly, Thur/Fri from 8a-2p. BBQ, stand alone spa and seating area outside. Home offer three bedrooms and an office with futon in home. Cozy, large living room with additional seating. Fully equipped kitchen. Waffle, coffee and tea bar area. Full sized laundry in garage with soaps. All amenities in home and drinks are complimentary. Trash bins are located in alley, through gate in back yard fence, monitored by the city. Dogs only. No cats.

Great location and all the amenities needed to enjoy our vacation! The pool and jacuzzi were nice and clean. Location is very close to Saguaro National Park but also close to restaurants and shops. Our host recommended horse back riding in Saguaro and it was wonderful!

Great time at the OASIS ON PALM

Great communications, owner very responsive, best every little extras like coffee and filters, plus k-cups. Bottled water in frig. ice machine in frig that worked. pancake mix, good mix of seasonings in cupboard. The three couples 65yrs plus enjoyed our time here after sighting and hiking in and round Tucson area.

Saguaro national park trip

We had a great time. Location was excellent and there were so many little extras that made for an easier time traveling with kids (3, 7, &9) Coffee k cups, ingredients for a waffle breakfast every morning, toiletries, beach towels and sunscreen. The only disappointment was the hot tub needed daily attention and the pool was pretty dirty. But we were here in Feb so I’m guessing no one anticipated us using the pool in the cold

The home is fine and we made it work but definitely in need of some upgrades. The biggest two issues were that the cookware is lacking majorly and the beds are awful. Definitely need to invest in some new mattresses and futon. I think the couches were the most comfortable option for sleeping. The owner was very responsive though when we reached out and that’s a plus. It’s ust tough when you make a road trip and then can’t get a comfy night’s sleep.

Escaping Illinois in January

Tucson is great. The house met our needs. It was not perfect, but the location is great. I do think that the house needs some updates for its visitors. Two of the three mattresses were very uncomfortable. The kitchen basic utensils need to be updated, only three spoons a broken can opener etc..., and the outdoor patio furniture is very old. I am not trying to sound negative, but when you are on two week vacation and spending a very good amount of money, you would like a comfortable bed.

Softball in Tucson

Overall the house was fine but could for sure use some updates. The mattress on one of the queen beds has a sunken area on one side that is hard to roll out of. Hot tub was nice, just make sure you have 2 people to get the cover off since it isn’t on a frame to come off.The property manager was very attentive and answered any concerns we had. So overall, the house needs updates but is nice enough to stay in and have fun!
