The Space:
This amazing Ventura hillside home features beautiful indoor and outdoor living space. Open concept living and dining with grand picture windows overlooking the ocean. The gourmet kitchen features a gas range, high-end appliances, double sinks, and excellent coffee bar with pour over and drip coffee maker. The space has been expertly designed in a sophisticated beach theme with guest comfort in mind. The bedrooms feature French doors that open to the deck with even more gorgeous views. The backyard is a hidden oasis with dining areas, spa, propane heaters, green egg charcoal grill and a gas grill.

Less than 10 minutes to the Ventura Pier and Ventura Beach. Bring your bikes and take advantage of the Ventura Beach bike trail! Super convenient garage and driveway parking, located just minutes from restaurants and grocery shopping, spend your days out and about on the coastal town, or hang out at the house, cook, and unwind on the deck with a glass of local wine. Live the Ventura Lifestyle in this beautiful hillside home. This is a great neighborhood! Drive just 30 miles to Santa Barbara, or take the quirky 80 mile adventure up to the small Danish village of Solvang for a great afternoon road trip with world class wine tasting all along the way!

The garage is not accessible to guests. Guests may park in the driveway or along the street. Guests may not use the wine storage wall located in the dining room, this is used as a decorative feature only. Guests must use stairs to access the property. There are stairs up to the front deck where you'll access the front door.
House Rules:
1. Communication is key! Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 6. Pets are NOT allowed.
3. No parties! We request that you respect our home as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a minimum $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, etc.), and provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. If you move furniture around, put it back before you leave.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If you don't agree with our above rules, this is NOT the house for you, please find a home that better fits your needs and we'll all be happier!
6. Be a good neighbor! If you're parking along the street, make sure you're facing the right way and not blocking any driveways. Don't leave trash outside where it will attract birds and insects. There are provided city trash cans for your convenience. Keep music and voices down at a decent hour. Thank you!

Getting Around: We suggest using your own vehicle to get around, though Uber and Lyft are available.
Other Things to Note: Guests will need to walk up stairs to get to the front door, located on the front deck. The spa will be on at all times, please keep the lid on and the chlorine floater in when not in use. The wine storage wall is not available to guests, and is for decorative purposes only.
Interaction with Guests: We have a 100% response rate! We are available from 8am-9pm by messaging through the app or calling/texting the phone number provided in your check-in instructions.
While we’re not available in person, we do have amazing neighbors and friends in the area who can make themselves available if absolutely necessary.

Great house and wonderful location. Kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean and well appointed. The only thing I would have liked is more seating in the living area besides the couch but that is a person preference. I would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely home with great outdoor space. Kitchen was very well equipped. We walked to downtown. A little over a mile. My one complaint is the bed pillows are awful, flat, hard , foam. I would definitely stay here again but bring my own pillows.
