The space
- Bedroom #1 (upper level): king bed and a twin day bed with a trundle, and it’s own full bathroom
- Bedroom #2 (main level): queen bed and a full bathroom shared with the common area
- Bedroom #3 (main level): king bed, it’s own full bathroom, and lots of space to relax, door to back deck
- Bedroom #4 (main level towards back of house): queen bed and access to a shared full bathroom
- Bedroom #5 (main level towards back of house): bunk bed that is twin over queen
- Kitchen: 10-seat dining table, 4-seat island
- Living Room: 65-inch TV, Fireplace, spacious
- Game Room: Pool table, TV, arcade, small round table to play board games

Bedrooms #1 and #3 have beautiful skylights above the beds - no blinds. We love looking at the stars at night, and waking up with the sunlight; however, we understand some people might want to sleep in, so we do provide two sleep night masks for each one of those bedrooms.

Other things to note
House Rules:
1. No parties/events allowed.
2. No pets allowed.
3. Maximum home occupancy of 12 people includes daytime guests.
4. No smoking allowed (marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
6. No unregistered guests allowed.

Immediate eviction with **NO REFUND** will result if there is a party on the property or if there is a hint of smoke in the air. If you would like a party site, find another place.

We also ask that you please:
1. Don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
2. Respect the noise curfew.
3. Respect check-in and check-out times.
4. Take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
5. Don’t rearrange the furniture.
6. Follow check-out instructions (found in the handbook).
