"Seaside Sister" is a stunning dream vacation home all about luxury and location, just south of the 30A! With gulf views balconies from the 2nd and 3rd levels, you can enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or the best private sunsets around. This home is also perfectly situated just steps from the beautiful community pool shared only by a handful of homes in a quiet circle. Is there a better way to spend your vacation... we think not. Seaside Sister is a 2-minute walk which is only 450 feet from the Ramsgate Beach Access Point.

"Seaside Sister" opens up to an inviting foyer leading to a guest queen bedroom, a bunk room with two sets of twin over twin built-in bunkbeds, a hall bathroom with a stone shower, and a laundry room. Up the entry stairwell, you will find a dining room with gulf views, a gorgeous open-concept gathering room with a gulf view balcony, and a newly updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and two kitchen sinks. There is a powder room down the hall for easy access while enjoying your family dinner. Up the stairs on the third floor you will find the two master suites, the first suite has a king bed and a private bathroom featuring an exquisite stone shower and a rainfall shower head. The ocean-view master suite is next door. It has a king bed, a setting area with two chairs by the TV, a private bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, and a separate custom stone shower with a handheld shower head. All rooms in "Seaside Sister" feature 65" QLED 4k Smart TVs that offer high-speed FUBO streaming and Mediacom.

A few steps outside of "Seaside Sister" and you will find the outdoor enclosed shower perfect for rinsing off after your short walk back from the beach. Unlike most homes in the area, we have both hot and cold water at the outdoor shower so you can enjoy rinsing off rather than freezing with just cold water. Conveniently located by the shower are hooks for towels and wet swimwear. A few steps from the shower is the propane grill available for guest use. This is a lighted area for evening grilling after your beautiful beach day. Do not forget about the pool a few steps in the other direction! At "Seaside Sister" you literally could not be in a better location!!!

Gather with friends and family at The Hub, just 2 miles from "Seaside Sister". The popular hangout is like a big backyard party that boasts movie nights, live music, bars, restaurants, and shops. Seaside Beach is only 2 miles away and offers tons of activities for the whole family! Stroll down the streets lined with shops and restaurants, watch a movie at the outdoor Central Square Cinema, and pick up fresh produce at the farmers market.

"Seaside Sister" is just a bike ride away from Seaside, it is lined with artsy villages, coastal lakes, upscale resorts, eclectic beach bars, world-class restaurants, and 25,000 acres of protected habitats, Florida's Scenic Highway 30A has something for everyone and is home to the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. Just north of May Drive is Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved pedestrian/bike path running along Scenic Highway 30A from Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach.

The Villages of 30A include Dune Allen, Santa Rosa Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor Seaside, Seagrove, Watersound, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach.
