Wonderful stay in Kona

We loved our stay here. The location is within walking distance to downtown Kona and the condo provided all the amenities to make for a comfortable visit. The only drawback is the traffic in the morning off Ali’i way, but the noise was only noticeable while sitting out on the lanai.

Location to Beach was great. You could even walk into town. Great guest parking very functional condo amd appliances. Pool was pretty cold, there is no hot tub. If you are a smoker you are religated to the parking lot in your car. Shower stall is very, very small, 2nd bath has a tub/ shower combo. Has washer, dryer in the unit. The unit does not have a dining table inside, there are 4 bar stools along the backside of the kitchen counter. Table for 6 is on the back porch. Overall a nice place and we had a nice stay.

This was a nice condo with a gorgeous patio for dining. It had everything that we needed and not too far from town, although it helped to have a car. We ate and sat outside in the private tropical garden. There is parking right out front. The wall is not bright turquoise like the picture, but more of a grayish tone (thank goodness). We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Excellent Location & Beautiful Property

This property was perfect for my family. Great location (within walking distance of downtown) and easy access to the main roads for travel around the island. The two bedrooms and bathrooms layout was perfect. Knowing there was access to beach chairs, towels, coolers, and laundry machines at the condo allowed for minimal suitcase packing - more room for souvenirs! Overall, it was great and would definitely rent again. Mahalo!
