Unique property with a Hawaiian vibe on the canal. Entry way and back patio area was nicely landscaped.

Beautiful little place with amazing benefits

Absolutley loved our stay on the water. Perfect for us and what we wanted to do. Kayaking with the kids, swimming, just having a good family time. Loved it!

Beautiful and relaxing

No need to leave. Beautiful outdoor kitchen. Kayaks and canoes on property, Bluetooth bathroom fan speaker light. Washer and dryer, a whole bonus room with bed. Pictures on listing do little justice!

Fun property inside and out

The inside of this house is small but nice. Well equipped kitchen. Good wifi. Lots of windows. There is a 2nd space in process that will be a great addition of another bed and bath. The outside is a very big lot with a high deck overlooking the river. Lots of chairs and water toys. There is an outside kitchen. The plantings are beautiful. The area was quiet when I was there - especially compared to other parts of the river. It is a short paddle to the Hospital Hole where manatees hang out by the warm vent (not sure what months besides Jan). Lots of additional fun paddling up and down stream. Lots of good food options near by. Debby was fast to respond to my questions.

Perfect river house

I took my kids to the river for a few days. This listing did not disappoint!! The house was perfect for the three of us. The backyard was amazing! It has everything
a bbq, hammocks, fishing poles, life jackets, kayaks, canoes, an elevated dock (which I especially loved to see manatees), a ramp for kayaking, and a netted seating area since it is the river and gnats come out at night. Having the ramp and the kayaks right near the ramp made it so easy for my kids to put the kayaks in the water on their own! While I took full advantage of the elevated dock! The river is peaceful and calm and we saw TONS of manatees. The owners were beyond helpful and friendly. They were so accommodating.. helping with reservation and making sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and newly updated, and sat on a nice quiet street. We will definitely be returning.
