Walk to the Beach! Minutes to Shopping, Dining, Casinos, and More! Treat yourself and your family or friends to a retreat to the coast at this cozy home, located in the heart of Long Beach, for an unforgettable getaway filled with fun, sand, sun, and adventure!
Located just a short walk from the sugar sand beaches, let this newly renovated and updated home serve as the ultimate retreat for your next coastal getaway!

With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1800 square feet of at-home comforts, Once Upon a Tide leaves nothing to be desired. After days spent exploring around the Mississippi Gulf Coast or enjoying all of the fun adventures that the Gulf Coast has to offer, you’ll look forward to settling in at home and gathering with loved ones in one of our two open and spacious living areas or enjoying the Gulf breeze while relaxing on our back porch.

Outdoor Space:
Fully fenced, large, private backyard. Large back porch with a gas grill (propane tank provided but you will need to provide the gas), and Adirondack chairs for relaxing.

Front Living Area:
Large Smart TV, cozy couch, and side chair for additional seating.

Office:
Desk, chair, and desk lamp.

Kitchen:
Equipped with cooking basics, New stainless steel appliance (stove top is gas), large island/breakfast bar with seating for 3, general cooking utensils, Coffee maker (regular), knife block, toaster, dinnerware/drinkware, wine glasses, and knife block.

Dining Room:
Large dining table, 4 chairs, and a bench. (High chair booster seat is available if needed)
Back Living Area:
Sleeper sofa (full size) and a reclining chair.

Laundry Room:
Full size, front loading, washer, and dryer

Master Bedroom:
Queen size bed, Smart TV, Dresser with mirror, an ensuite master bathroom that has a walk-in shower, his/hers sinks, and a hair dryer.

Guest Bedroom:
Queen size bed, Smart TV, closet, sitting area with 2 chairs.

Bunk Room:
Double bunk sets (4 twins) Smart TV, closet, sitting area with 1 chair, and a pack-n-play.

Guest Bathroom:
Shower/tub combo

Parking:
Driveway/carport area with space for 4 cars.

General:
Free WiFi, linens, towels, beach towels, complimentary toiletries, beach cruisers, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods.

-NOTE: Your safety matters. Our property is equipped with live, audio/video, exterior security cameras. All cameras face out and do not record any interior spaces.

Check-In:
Check-in for arriving guests will be 4:00 pm.
Check-Out:
Check-out for departing guests will be 11:00 am. Early/Late check-in/out may be available with enough notice and an additional charge.
THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE 25 OR OLDER & MUST OCCUPY THE PROPERTY FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY.
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. THE PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE.
THE MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED is 8. NO overnight guests other than those listed on your guest registration when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be FINED $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property by Property Management for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
THE PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH LIVE, EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
NO PETS of any kind are permitted. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE. The City of Long Beach asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
NO sandy shoes inside the property. Please remove your shoes prior to entry. There is a hose provided outside to rinse sandy clothing and shoes off.
DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside.
NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, hardwood floors, or carpet/rugs. When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
DO NOT park in the grass or on the side of the road. ONLY park in the driveway. NO trailers, boats, or RV’s are permitted without prior approval.
Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. ANY damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or deducted from your deposit. Upon departure, please follow the check-out instructions to ensure you receive your full security deposit back.

This property is excellent. It could not have made us any happier. Perfect in every aspect. Clean clean. Love it that it was not pet friendly. First Vrbo that had plenty of towels and washcloths. I really can’t tell how good it was but I will do my best to rent this property if we get to return to the area
