Our Cozy Craftsman apartment - The Treehouse - is located 10 minutes from downtown Denver in a quiet, family neighborhood. Sleeps 4 adults. Nestled between Addenbrooke and Belmar Parks, we are a short walk to food and culture and 18 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. We are about 75 minutes from Breckenridge. Two sleeping spaces: Master Bedroom with king bed. Second sleeping space is Queen Murphey bed in Livingroom.

This was our 2nd stay this year at Cozy Craftsman. It's everything we need in a home away from home. The privacy is very good, as is the location. If you want to drive up to the mountains or hang out on the west side, it's perfect, but it's also not far to drive into Denver. We cooked and heated up the food we brought with us so we could spend more private time as a family, while also going to ChristKindl Mart and Meow Wolf, and walking in the nearby park and Golden Gate State Park.

This property was beautiful. It was spacious, and in particular, the full kitchen and bathroom were great. I loved the open floor plan and the king bed and Murphy bed were both comfortable. Clean and spacious for two, this place has everything you need for a successful stay in the Denver area.
